Linhagens com atributos desej\u00e1veis ser\u00e3o selecionadas para an\u00e1lises gen\u00f4micas avan\u00e7adas, e os resultados ser\u00e3o integrados a um banco de dados pesquis\u00e1vel para permitir a r\u00e1pida identifica\u00e7\u00e3o de linhagens com caracter\u00edsticas de valor comercial. O projeto tamb\u00e9m gerar\u00e1 grandes conjuntos de dados gen\u00f4micos e fenot\u00edpicos que poder\u00e3o ser utilizados por ferramentas de IA para acelerar a descoberta de novas linhagens e tecnologias.<\/p>\n<p>O Dr. John Husnik, co-CEO e CSO da Renaissance BioScience, comenta: \u201cEste projeto representa um grande investimento estrat\u00e9gico na constru\u00e7\u00e3o de uma plataforma de longo prazo para a descoberta e comercializa\u00e7\u00e3o de leveduras. Utilizando triagem de alto rendimento, a equipe avaliar\u00e1 rapidamente um grande n\u00famero de linhagens para identificar aquelas mais adequadas a fluxos de res\u00edduos espec\u00edficos. Os candidatos mais promissores ser\u00e3o selecionados com base em sua capacidade de converter esses materiais em mol\u00e9culas de alto valor agregado, como enzimas, biossurfactantes, emulsificantes e nutrac\u00eauticos. Esses produtos t\u00eam aplica\u00e7\u00f5es em diversos mercados, como alimentos, nutri\u00e7\u00e3o especializada, agricultura, energia e ind\u00fastria em geral.<\/p>\n<p>A iniciativa de
