KG, empresa finlandesa de tecnologia limpa que recupera nitrog\u00eanio e f\u00f3sforo de efluentes para produzir fertilizantes, inaugurou uma instala\u00e7\u00e3o piloto na Biogas Westerbakum GmbH &amp; Co. O projeto permite que os operadores extraiam nutrientes utiliz\u00e1veis diretamente dos efluentes, transformando o digestato de um custo de gest\u00e3o em um recurso comercial. \u00c0 medida que a Alemanha intensifica as regulamenta\u00e7\u00f5es sobre nutrientes em conformidade com os limites de nitrato da UE, a instala\u00e7\u00e3o demonstra como as usinas de biog\u00e1s podem fortalecer a conformidade e, ao mesmo tempo, aumentar a produtividade dos ativos.<\/p>\n<p>A unidade de demonstra\u00e7\u00e3o come\u00e7ou a operar em 10 de mar\u00e7o, com o desempenho monitorado por meio de dados online e an\u00e1lises laboratoriais regulares durante o primeiro m\u00eas de opera\u00e7\u00e3o. A tecnologia da NPHarvest \u00e9 capaz de capturar at\u00e9 901 TP3T de nitrog\u00eanio e f\u00f3sforo de efluentes l\u00edquidos e convert\u00ea-los em insumos essenciais para a produ\u00e7\u00e3o de fertilizantes, incluindo sulfato de am\u00f4nio e fosfato de c\u00e1lcio. Durante as primeiras semanas de opera\u00e7\u00e3o, a unidade apresentou desempenho confi\u00e1vel em condi\u00e7\u00f5es reais de digestato, comprovando a viabilidade da integra\u00e7\u00e3o modular \u00e0 infraestrutura de biog\u00e1s existente. O sistema \u00e9 oferecido como um plug-in para infraestruturas existentes, sem afetar as opera\u00e7\u00f5es da planta.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cO n\u00edvel de interesse em torno desta instala\u00e7\u00e3o tem sido muito encorajador.
