Michel Riva foi nomeado Presidente do Conselho de Administra\u00e7\u00e3o da Grupo Andermatt<\/a>. O cofundador Dr. Martin Andermatt deixar\u00e1 o cargo ap\u00f3s muitos anos, mas permanecer\u00e1 como membro do Conselho. Aprovada na Assembleia Geral Anual em maio de 2026, essa transi\u00e7\u00e3o marca um importante marco na hist\u00f3ria da empresa.<\/p>\n

O Grupo Andermatt, com sede em Grossdietwil, no cant\u00e3o de Lucerna, est\u00e1 a atingir um marco na sua hist\u00f3ria empresarial. Pela primeira vez desde a funda\u00e7\u00e3o da empresa em 1988 pelo Dr. Martin e pela Dra. Isabel Andermatt, a presid\u00eancia do Conselho de Administra\u00e7\u00e3o ser\u00e1 ocupada por algu\u00e9m de fora da fam\u00edlia fundadora. Na Assembleia Geral Ordin\u00e1ria de maio de 2026, Michel Riva foi eleito o novo Presidente do Conselho de Administra\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n
