Este \u00e9 um dos poucos casos em que o componente biol\u00f3gico n\u00e3o \u00e9 adicionado ao fertilizante &quot;no tanque&quot;, mas integrado a ele na etapa de produ\u00e7\u00e3o \u2014 e percorreu todo o caminho desde uma cepa de laborat\u00f3rio at\u00e9 um produto comercial.<\/p>\n<h2>Cronograma do projeto<\/h2>\n<p><strong>2020.<\/strong> A BTU (empresa de biotecnologia com sua pr\u00f3pria cole\u00e7\u00e3o de microrganismos) e a BINFIELD (produtora de fertilizantes minerais) estabeleceram um objetivo comum: criar um fertilizante complexo que n\u00e3o apenas contenha N, P e K, mas tamb\u00e9m ative a disponibilidade desses elementos a partir das reservas do pr\u00f3prio solo. A ideia: integrar mobilizadores de f\u00f3sforo e pot\u00e1ssio diretamente no gr\u00e2nulo.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2020\u20132024.<\/strong> A fase de P&amp;D. Mais de dez cepas foram selecionadas no museu de microrganismos da BTU. O cons\u00f3rcio microbiano final compreende cinco esp\u00e9cies: <em>Bacilo subtilis <\/em>e <em>Bacillus licheniformis, Paenibacillus mucilaginosus <\/em>e <em>Paenibacillus polymyxa, <\/em>e <em>Priestia megaterium.<\/em> Cada grupo desempenha seu pr\u00f3prio papel: os bacilos estimulam o crescimento e a imunidade das plantas, atuam como antagonistas de fungos e bact\u00e9rias patog\u00eanicas e mobilizam f\u00f3sforo; as cepas de Paenibacillus produzem fosfatase, fitorm\u00f4nios e um amplo espectro de enzimas l\u00edticas; <em>Sacerdotisa<\/em> <em>megaterium<\/em> Libera f\u00f3sforo de formas ligadas e produz silicase, uma enzima que aumenta a mobilidade do sil\u00edcio e do pot\u00e1ssio. Paralelamente, a tecnologia de aplica\u00e7\u00e3o foi aprimorada: como distribuir o cons\u00f3rcio uniformemente pela superf\u00edcie do gr\u00e2nulo, como manter as bact\u00e9rias vi\u00e1veis dentro do fertilizante final e como tornar o processo reproduz\u00edvel em volumes industriais.<\/p>\n<p>A principal decis\u00e3o tecnol\u00f3gica foi a utiliza\u00e7\u00e3o de bact\u00e9rias na forma de esporos. Gra\u00e7as \u00e0 sua camada multicamadas, os esporos resistem \u00e0 press\u00e3o osm\u00f3tica dentro do fertilizante mineral e permanecem vi\u00e1veis por at\u00e9 12 meses em uma faixa de temperatura de 6 a 30 \u00b0C. Isso significa que o produto pode ser armazenado e transportado em condi\u00e7\u00f5es t\u00edpicas da agricultura.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2024\u20132025.<\/strong> Ensaios de campo sob diferentes condi\u00e7\u00f5es de solo e clima. Um aumento consistente na produtividade foi registrado: soja \u2014 +0,25 t\/ha, milho \u2014 +0,3 t\/ha, trigo de inverno \u2014 +0,35 t\/ha, girassol \u2014 +0,3 t\/ha. Os resultados foram confirmados pelo mapeamento de produtividade por colheitadeira.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2025.<\/strong> O lan\u00e7amento da produ\u00e7\u00e3o industrial. O desenvolvimento ganhou forma comercial sob o nome FERTIS ACTIVE NPK.<\/p>\n<h2>Por que isso \u00e9 importante para a ind\u00fastria<\/h2>\n<p>O revestimento dos gr\u00e2nulos com bioagentes representa um princ\u00edpio diferente de trabalho com os recursos do solo. Em vez de aumentar a taxa de aplica\u00e7\u00e3o de fertilizantes, possibilita elevar a efici\u00eancia do uso de nutrientes j\u00e1 presentes no solo, por\u00e9m indispon\u00edveis para as plantas em formas de dif\u00edcil acesso. A flexibilidade da tecnologia permite sua adapta\u00e7\u00e3o a diferentes tipos de fertilizantes e a personaliza\u00e7\u00e3o da composi\u00e7\u00e3o do cons\u00f3rcio microbiano de acordo com o perfil agroqu\u00edmico de um solo espec\u00edfico.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cO projeto conjunto com a BINFIELD confirmou que a combina\u00e7\u00e3o de um fertilizante mineral e um componente microbiol\u00f3gico em um \u00fanico produto proporciona aos agricultores um novo n\u00edvel de efici\u00eancia. Para a BTU, isso confirma que as solu\u00e7\u00f5es biol\u00f3gicas podem ser n\u00e3o um complemento, mas sim parte integrante das modernas tecnologias agr\u00edcolas\u201d, afirmou Vladyslav Bolokhovskyi, CEO e cofundador da BTU Biotech Company.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cCinco anos de trabalho comprovaram o ponto principal: a tecnologia funciona n\u00e3o apenas em laborat\u00f3rio e n\u00e3o apenas em uma \u00fanica cultura.
