Os acordos se baseiam em uma estrutura de coopera\u00e7\u00e3o entre Monhiem, a Bayer CropScience sediada na Alemanha e a Academia Chinesa de Ci\u00eancias Agr\u00edcolas (<a href=\"http:\/\/www.caas.net.cn\/engforcaas\/index.htm\">CAAS<\/a>), fundada em 2008.
