Grupo INCOTEC BV<\/a> adquiriu a empresa sediada na Su\u00e9cia SementeGard<\/a> de Homens de Lant<\/a>, de acordo com um comunicado da empresa. As duas empresas concordaram com um acordo em que a INCOTEC assumir\u00e1 uma participa\u00e7\u00e3o de 49% na SeedGard, com uma op\u00e7\u00e3o de comprar os 51% restantes nos pr\u00f3ximos dois anos.<\/p>\n

A SeedGard desenvolveu um m\u00e9todo sofisticado e patenteado de desinfec\u00e7\u00e3o de sementes usando ar quente que atualmente est\u00e1 sendo usado pela Lantmannen em larga escala em sementes de cereais na Su\u00e9cia.<\/p>\n

A INCOTEC recebeu os direitos mundiais exclusivos para desenvolver e comercializar ainda mais a tecnologia para sementes de vegetais e flores e promover\u00e1 a tecnologia para o mercado agron\u00f4mico em todo o mundo, exceto nos pa\u00edses escandinavos e b\u00e1lticos, que ser\u00e3o administrados pela Lantmannen.<\/p>\n
