Pesquisas e desenvolvimentos futuros ser\u00e3o baseados neste programa piloto inicial que moldar\u00e1 a pol\u00edtica nacional do pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n<p>Al\u00e9m dos autom\u00f3veis, os biocombust\u00edveis podem proporcionar benef\u00edcios ainda mais amplos \u00e0 China como um todo.<\/p>\n<p><b>Retornos Rurais<\/b><br \/>\nO boom hist\u00f3rico na China nas \u00faltimas d\u00e9cadas tem sido amplamente confinado \u00e0s cidades costeiras. Enquanto a riqueza est\u00e1 se espalhando pelo pa\u00eds e melhorias est\u00e3o sendo feitas em \u00e1reas rurais na China central, essa \u00e1rea interior cresceu a uma taxa muito mais lenta do que as cidades na costa do pa\u00eds. Com a produ\u00e7\u00e3o de biocombust\u00edveis se tornando uma grande ind\u00fastria, espera-se que os maiores vencedores sejam essas \u00e1reas rurais, pois os pre\u00e7os atingem n\u00edveis mais altos e a demanda por safras cresce.<\/p>\n<p>Na verdade, muitos (incluindo a FCI) preveem que as crescentes ind\u00fastrias de biocombust\u00edveis melhorar\u00e3o os pre\u00e7os de quase todas as culturas, devido a regras simples de oferta e demanda. A maioria das plantas est\u00e1 atualmente localizada no nordeste, onde a produ\u00e7\u00e3o de etanol consome 10% da produ\u00e7\u00e3o de milho das prov\u00edncias do nordeste de Jilin, Liaoning, Heilongjian, Hebei e Henan.
