A ECPA informou que &quot;as restri\u00e7\u00f5es or\u00e7ament\u00e1rias resultantes do congelamento do T\u00edtulo 3 resultar\u00e3o em atrasos no processo de avalia\u00e7\u00e3o \u2013 e na falha em cumprir o prazo rigoroso do Parlamento&quot;. A ECPA acrescentou: &quot;Al\u00e9m disso, a carga de trabalho da EFSA sobre res\u00edduos de pesticidas decorre em grande parte da ado\u00e7\u00e3o do Regulamento do Conselho e do Parlamento 396\/2005, e a EFSA exigir\u00e1 recursos adicionais para realizar esse trabalho nos pr\u00f3ximos anos&quot;.<\/p>\n<p>Dr. Friedhelm Schmider, Diretor Geral da ECPA, refor\u00e7ou essa mensagem: &quot;A ind\u00fastria de prote\u00e7\u00e3o de cultivos apoiou a cria\u00e7\u00e3o da EFSA para realizar um trabalho importante na \u00e1rea de seguran\u00e7a alimentar, incluindo a avalia\u00e7\u00e3o de subst\u00e2ncias ativas de prote\u00e7\u00e3o de plantas.
