LEVERKUSEN, Alemanha \u2014 De acordo com uma empresa Comunicado de imprensa<\/a>, Sandra E. Peterson, atual chefe da Divis\u00e3o de Cuidados M\u00e9dicos da Bayer, se juntar\u00e1 Bayer CropScience AG <\/a>Conselho de Administra\u00e7\u00e3o em 1\u00ba de julho. Peterson assumir\u00e1 para substituir o atual presidente, Dr. Friedrich Berschauer, que se aposentar\u00e1 em 1\u00ba de outubro. Peterson ser\u00e1 substitu\u00eddo por Alan Main, atual chefe da Regi\u00e3o Europa na Divis\u00e3o de Atendimento ao Consumidor da Bayer HealthCare.<\/p>\n

Achim Noack se juntar\u00e1 ao Conselho de Administra\u00e7\u00e3o da empresa a partir de 1\u00ba de junho. Ele suceder\u00e1 o Dr. Wolfgang Welter como chefe de Opera\u00e7\u00f5es Industriais e Qualidade, Sa\u00fade, Seguran\u00e7a e Meio Ambiente em 1\u00ba de outubro. Welter se aposentar\u00e1 em 30 de setembro. Noack ser\u00e1 sucedido como Diretor Executivo da Bayer Technology Services GmbH pelo Dr. Dirk Van Meirvenne, atual chefe de Produ\u00e7\u00e3o e Tecnologia de Isocianatos na Bayer MaterialScience AG.
