BASILEIA, Su\u00ed\u00e7a \u2014 Syngenta <\/a>anunciou por meio de comunicado \u00e0 imprensa que firmou uma parceria p\u00fablico-privada com o Centro Internacional de Melhoramento de Milho e Trigo, sediado no M\u00e9xico (CIMMYT<\/a>). A parceria se concentrar\u00e1 no desenvolvimento e no avan\u00e7o da tecnologia do trigo e envolver\u00e1 pesquisa e desenvolvimento conjuntos nas \u00e1reas de caracter\u00edsticas nativas e transg\u00eanicas, trigo h\u00edbrido e a combina\u00e7\u00e3o de sementes e prote\u00e7\u00e3o de cultivos para acelerar o desempenho do rendimento das plantas.<\/p>\n

A Syngenta levar\u00e1 \u00e0 mesa sua tecnologia altamente desenvolvida de marcadores gen\u00e9ticos, plataforma de caracter\u00edsticas avan\u00e7adas e melhoramento de trigo para o mundo desenvolvido, em conjunto com o acesso do CIMMYT \u00e0 diversidade gen\u00e9tica do trigo, rede de parceria global e programa de melhoramento de trigo voltado para o mundo em desenvolvimento.<\/p>\n
