O Instituto Internacional de Nutri\u00e7\u00e3o Vegetal detalhou os benef\u00edcios do aumento das principais categorias de prote\u00ednas, vitaminas e minerais nas culturas em um boletim informativo recente.<\/p>\n

Os agricultores podem reduzir o impacto ambiental usando ferramentas de gest\u00e3o que podem identificar a melhor fonte, taxa, momento e coloca\u00e7\u00e3o de fertilizantes contendo nitrog\u00eanio e outras prote\u00ednas, vitaminas e minerais para aumentar a qualidade.<\/p>\n

O valor nutricional do uso de nitrog\u00eanio no milho e no trigo \u00e9 evidente, mas requer algum trabalho. Como o nitrog\u00eanio \u00e9 uma parte importante da prote\u00edna, aplicar o fertilizante em cereais como trigo e milho aumenta a quantidade de prote\u00edna produzida. O valor nutricional no milho e no trigo \u00e9 limitado \u00e0 redu\u00e7\u00e3o da lisina, um amino\u00e1cido essencial, de acordo com o IPNI. O uso de fertilizantes de nitrog\u00eanio pode aumentar o valor de mercado e a promo\u00e7\u00e3o da sa\u00fade de frutas e vegetais por meio do aumento das concentra\u00e7\u00f5es de carotenoides.<\/p>\n

Al\u00e9m disso, aumentos nas concentra\u00e7\u00f5es de isoflavona de soja e licopeno em toranjas e tomates tamb\u00e9m s\u00e3o evidentes.<\/p>\n
