A Hornbeck \u00e9 uma empresa de sementes que fornece variedades de soja, arroz e trigo no mercado do sul dos EUA, com um programa interno de melhoramento de soja e germoplasma de soja propriet\u00e1rio. A Bayer CropScience adquirir\u00e1 os neg\u00f3cios de sementes e obter\u00e1 acesso a germoplasma de soja de qualidade para o desenvolvimento futuro de variedades e caracter\u00edsticas. <\/p>\n
