A Arysta planeja comercializar suas fam\u00edlias de marcas Disarm e Evito, que j\u00e1 est\u00e3o estabelecidas nos Estados Unidos, Canad\u00e1 e Jap\u00e3o, e tamb\u00e9m desenvolver\u00e1 novos produtos \u00e0 base de fluoxastrobina em todas as suas seis unidades de neg\u00f3cios ao redor do mundo.<\/p>\n

O acordo exclui tratamentos de sementes e certas misturas patenteadas da Bayer; os termos financeiros do acordo n\u00e3o foram divulgados.<\/p>\n
