Desde ent\u00e3o, a Monsanto cobra dos agricultores brasileiros 2% de suas vendas de gr\u00e3os de soja Roundup Ready. Ela tamb\u00e9m testa gr\u00e3os de soja vendidos como n\u00e3o-GM. Se eles forem de fato Roundup Ready, a Monsanto cobra 3% de suas vendas. <\/p>\n<p> Os agricultores brasileiros est\u00e3o tentando recuperar esses pagamentos, alegando que se trata de um imposto injusto e que \u00e9 imposs\u00edvel manter a soja Roundup Ready separada das variedades convencionais, enquanto a Monsanto argumenta que a maioria dos agricultores do pa\u00eds ainda usa sementes contrabandeadas e, portanto, deve impor o imposto. <\/p>\n<p> \u201cEm 12 de junho, os ju\u00edzes do Supremo Tribunal de Justi\u00e7a do Brasil decidiram contra a Monsanto, decidindo por unanimidade que uma decis\u00e3o do Tribunal de Justi\u00e7a do Rio Grande do Sul, uma vez feita, deve ser aplicada em todo o pa\u00eds.
