Al\u00e9m disso, o Viet Duc n\u00e3o tem mais permiss\u00e3o para usar a marca Natido e foi condenado a pagar uma multa<\/p>\n<p>\u201cA Nativo \u00e9 uma marca muito forte no Vietn\u00e3, e nossos clientes associam nossa marca com alta qualidade e efic\u00e1cia\u201d, disse Torsten Velden, chefe de pa\u00eds da Bayer CropScience para o Vietn\u00e3 em uma declara\u00e7\u00e3o. \u201cA prote\u00e7\u00e3o de marca registrada \u00e9 essencial para proteger o meio ambiente para inova\u00e7\u00e3o cont\u00ednua. Portanto, estamos em alerta constante para quaisquer atividades que infrinjam nossos direitos de propriedade intelectual.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Em fevereiro de 2012, a Bayer solicitou ao Vietnam Intellectual Property Institute (VIPRI) que examinasse se o marketing do Natido infringia sua marca registrada Nativo. Ap\u00f3s uma conclus\u00e3o positiva do VIPRI, a Bayer entrou com uma peti\u00e7\u00e3o no Minist\u00e9rio da Ci\u00eancia e Tecnologia do Vietn\u00e3 (MOST) para executar e resolver a decis\u00e3o do VIPRI. Uma inspe\u00e7\u00e3o no local das instala\u00e7\u00f5es da Viet Duc na prov\u00edncia de Kien Giang, juntamente com advogados externos e representantes do MOST e do Departamento de Ci\u00eancia e Tecnologia na prov\u00edncia de Kien Giang, confirmou as alega\u00e7\u00f5es.<\/p>\n<p>A Bayer CropScience apresentou seu fungicida Nativo aos agricultores asi\u00e1ticos para superar as complexidades do controle de doen\u00e7as do arroz, de acordo com a empresa.<\/p>\n<p><em>Fonte: Bayer, editado por Stefanie A.
