O neg\u00f3cio de Propriedade Intelectual (PI) e Ci\u00eancia do provedor de not\u00edcias e informa\u00e7\u00f5es Thomson Reuters anunciou um relacionamento com a Syngenta para fornecer uma solu\u00e7\u00e3o integrada de gerenciamento de ativos para toda a empresa. O acordo visa padronizar e centralizar os processos de PI e contrata\u00e7\u00e3o legal. Ele dar\u00e1 suporte ao desenvolvimento de estrat\u00e9gias integradas, permitir\u00e1 a colabora\u00e7\u00e3o global entre as diferentes unidades da Syngenta e minimizar\u00e1 os riscos.<\/p>\n

A Syngenta selecionou a Thomson Reuters devido \u00e0 capacidade da empresa de vincular ativos de patentes e marcas registradas com contratos em todas as linhas de produtos para formar o que a empresa chama de uma trifecta de PI, contratos e produtos. Al\u00e9m disso, a equipe escolheu a IP Payments da Thomson Reuters para garantir a manuten\u00e7\u00e3o precisa do portf\u00f3lio e servi\u00e7os jur\u00eddicos da unidade de terceiriza\u00e7\u00e3o de processos jur\u00eddicos (LPO) da Thomson Reuters.<\/p>\n

Em um projeto de desenvolvimento conjunto, a Thomson Reuters e a Syngenta projetaram uma solu\u00e7\u00e3o hol\u00edstica que forneceu links entre contratos, produtos e PI, melhorando a implanta\u00e7\u00e3o estrat\u00e9gica de ativos legais, de PI e de licenciamento em suporte \u00e0 agenda de crescimento da Syngenta, bem como melhorando a qualidade das informa\u00e7\u00f5es e dados de gerenciamento em n\u00edvel de portf\u00f3lio. A nova plataforma permite total visibilidade e gerenciamento de direitos e riscos em um ambiente de neg\u00f3cios em r\u00e1pido crescimento e cada vez mais complexo, onde h\u00e1 m\u00faltiplas depend\u00eancias entre direitos de PI, licenciamento, contratos e produtos, de acordo com um press release das empresas.<\/p>\n
