A venda inclui o novo ingrediente ativo IR8854, que est\u00e1 \u201cem est\u00e1gio inicial de desenvolvimento e traz potenciais sinergias ao Valifenalate\u201d, disse Isagro.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cA venda\u2026 \u00e9 consistente com a revis\u00e3o da estrat\u00e9gia de neg\u00f3cios perseguida pelos dois parceiros, Chemtura e Isagro, a fim de reorientar recursos para projetos que tenham maior valor estrat\u00e9gico para eles, com o objetivo de otimizar seus portf\u00f3lios\u201d, disse Isagro.<\/p>\n<p>Outros termos dos acordos n\u00e3o foram divulgados.<\/p>\n<p>A Isagro SpA \u00e9 a holding italiana de agroqu\u00edmicos, que registrou cerca de $196 milh\u00f5es em vendas no ano passado e tem 620 funcion\u00e1rios no mundo todo.
