A Chemtura Corp. disse que est\u00e1 explorando a venda de seu neg\u00f3cio agroqu\u00edmico, a Chemtura AgroSolutions, \u00e0 medida que se move para se tornar uma empresa de produtos qu\u00edmicos industriais especializados.<\/p>\n

A empresa anunciou ao mesmo tempo que concordou em vender seu neg\u00f3cio de produtos de consumo por $315 milh\u00f5es em dinheiro.\u00a0<\/p>\n
