Ap\u00f3s uma hora de exposi\u00e7\u00e3o, os insetos foram movidos para uma \u00e1rea limpa e contida. Em v\u00e1rios intervalos de tempo, o n\u00famero de insetos vivos, derrubados e mortos foi registrado. Um teste de controle tamb\u00e9m foi realizado.<\/p>\n<p>As subst\u00e2ncias de teste foram: Controle \u2013 N\u00e3o tratado, Huma Gro Proud 3, Ortho Max Garden &amp; Landscape Insect Killer e Garden Safe Insecticidal Soap Insect Killer.<\/p>\n<p>Os cartuchos de pulveriza\u00e7\u00e3o direta foram posicionados em grupos de quatro r\u00e9plicas para cada tipo de tratamento de produto e o controle para garantir a coleta precisa de dados. Dez insetos foram transferidos para cada cartucho e confirmados como vivos e m\u00f3veis antes de todos os tratamentos. Cada tratamento foi configurado a 12 polegadas de dist\u00e2ncia dos cartuchos. Os produtos de teste foram pulverizados diretamente nos insetos usando um pux\u00e3o de gatilho por cartucho. O n\u00famero de insetos mortos, derrubados e vivos por cartucho foi registrado em intervalos de 30 min, 1 h, 2 h, 4 h e 24 h. Em uma hora, os insetos foram transferidos dos cartuchos de tratamento para cartuchos limpos de p\u00f3s-tratamento.<\/p>\n<p>Huma Gro Proud 3 proporcionou a maior mortalidade, atingindo 100% de mortalidade em duas horas. Em compara\u00e7\u00e3o, os produtos Ortho Max Garden &amp; Landscape Insect Killer e Garden Safe Insecticidal Soap Insect Killer atingiram 44% e 80% em 24 horas ap\u00f3s as aplica\u00e7\u00f5es,
