A Administra\u00e7\u00e3o de Seguran\u00e7a e Sa\u00fade Ocupacional dos Estados Unidos (OSHA) adotou os regulamentos do GHS referentes \u00e0s Fichas de Dados de Seguran\u00e7a (SDSs). Isso \u00e9 uma preocupa\u00e7\u00e3o especial para os fabricantes de pesticidas porque a regulamenta\u00e7\u00e3o federal dos EUA pro\u00edbe que as SDSs entrem em conflito com a linguagem aceita pela Ag\u00eancia de Prote\u00e7\u00e3o Ambiental dos EUA (EPA) para produtos registrados. <a href=\"http:\/\/www.epa.gov\/PR_Notices\/pr2012-1.pdf\">Aviso de Registro de Pesticidas (Aviso de RP) 2012-1<\/a> aborda essa preocupa\u00e7\u00e3o. Se surgirem informa\u00e7\u00f5es conflitantes (em palavra de sinaliza\u00e7\u00e3o, linguagem de precau\u00e7\u00e3o, etc.) entre a rotulagem aceita e a SDS, o registrante\/fabricante deve colocar a linguagem aceita pela EPA na Se\u00e7\u00e3o 15 \u201cInforma\u00e7\u00f5es Regulat\u00f3rias\u201d da SDS. Isso resolver\u00e1 o conflito e aliviar\u00e1 a \u201crotulagem incorreta\u201d aos olhos da EPA.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong><em>FCI:<\/em> Os neonicotinoides t\u00eam recebido muita aten\u00e7\u00e3o devido ao decl\u00ednio da popula\u00e7\u00e3o de abelhas nos Estados Unidos. O estado do Oregon solicitou \u00e0 EPA que retirasse todos esses inseticidas do mercado at\u00e9 que as revis\u00f5es pudessem ser conclu\u00eddas e uma decis\u00e3o fosse tomada.
