Em uma carta aos acionistas, o presidente do conselho da Syngenta, Michel Demar\u00e9, e o CEO Mike Mack \u201cuma taxa de rescis\u00e3o regulat\u00f3ria reversa totalmente inadequada\u201d e disseram que a segunda salva da Monsanto \u201crepresenta o mesmo pre\u00e7o inadequado, os mesmos compromissos regulat\u00f3rios inadequados para fechar, os mesmos riscos regulat\u00f3rios e os mesmos problemas associados \u00e0s mudan\u00e7as de sedes duplas\u201d.<\/p>\n
