De acordo com um comunicado da Bayer, duas empresas chinesas \u2014 a fabricante Hebei Sannong Agrochemical e a distribuidora Nanjing Heyuan \u2014 concordaram em compensar financeiramente a Bayer por suas atividades infratoras.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cEstamos comprometidos em defender nossos direitos de propriedade intelectual e em fazer tudo o que pudermos para impedir o com\u00e9rcio ilegal de produtos de prote\u00e7\u00e3o de cultivos\u201d, disse Gerwin Bouillon, Chefe Global de Defesa de Produtos da Bayer CropScience. \u201cAgricultores que usam produtos de prote\u00e7\u00e3o de cultivos falsificados contendo subst\u00e2ncias ativas de baixa qualidade ou mesmo n\u00e3o aprovadas representam s\u00e9rios riscos n\u00e3o apenas para si mesmos e para os trabalhadores do campo, mas tamb\u00e9m para o meio ambiente e a sa\u00fade do consumidor.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>\u201cO espirotetramat \u00e9 uma inova\u00e7\u00e3o importante da Bayer CropScience no campo de inseticidas foliares\u201d, disse Wang Guangming, gerente s\u00eanior de defesa de produtos da Bayer CropScience China. \u201cSeu modo de a\u00e7\u00e3o inovador \u00e9 eficaz at\u00e9 mesmo contra pragas dif\u00edceis de controlar, resultando em planta\u00e7\u00f5es mais saud\u00e1veis.\u201d O espirotetramat \u00e9 comercializado pela Bayer sob a marca Movento\u2122 em mais de 70 pa\u00edses no mundo todo.
