A primeira Mesa Redonda de Lideran\u00e7a no Varejo, realizada como parte do 25\u00ba anivers\u00e1rio do Pr\u00eamio de Respeito Ambiental da DuPont, se concentrou nos desafios enfrentados pelo setor agr\u00edcola e come\u00e7ou a questionar como todos os segmentos do setor podem trabalhar juntos para fornecer uma mensagem unificada com uma \u00fanica voz.<\/p>\n

\u201cNa Calif\u00f3rnia, todo mundo est\u00e1 falando sobre \u00e1gua\u201d, diz Simpson. \u201cH\u00e1 muita desinforma\u00e7\u00e3o e apontar o dedo.\u201d<\/p>\n

Os reservat\u00f3rios est\u00e3o em 50% e se a neve e as chuvas n\u00e3o vierem no pr\u00f3ximo inverno, "n\u00e3o sei o que vai acontecer".<\/p>\n

A regi\u00e3o dos Grandes Lagos tem quase o problema oposto. Esta esta\u00e7\u00e3o teve tanta chuva que a parte ocidental do Lago Erie viu uma prolifera\u00e7\u00e3o de algas.<\/p>\n
