Belchim Crop Protection NV<\/a> e a Belchim Management anunciam a conclus\u00e3o da aquisi\u00e7\u00e3o das a\u00e7\u00f5es 20% que FMC Qu\u00edmica Sprl<\/a> tem na Belchim Crop Protection NV. At\u00e9 o final do ano fiscal da empresa (30 de setembroo<\/sup> 2015), a segunda parte do acordo, 10%, ser\u00e1 conclu\u00edda. A opera\u00e7\u00e3o de recompra foi mutuamente acordada pela Belchim Management e pela FMC em dezembro de 2014, \u00e0 luz da aquisi\u00e7\u00e3o da Cheminova pela FMC, no in\u00edcio deste ano.<\/p>\n

A Belchim Management, a holding belga de propriedade de Dirk Putteman, fundador da Belchim Crop Protection NV, agora possui 75% das a\u00e7\u00f5es. As outras 25% a\u00e7\u00f5es s\u00e3o de propriedade da ISK Biosciences Europe NV.<\/p>\n

Em um n\u00famero limitado de pa\u00edses, a empresa manter\u00e1 os direitos de distribui\u00e7\u00e3o de alguns produtos FMC atualmente distribu\u00eddos pela Belchim. Al\u00e9m disso, ambas as empresas garantiram seu acordo de fornecimento para compostos FMC que s\u00e3o atualmente usados em v\u00e1rios produtos Belchim (misturas prontas para uso com compostos de propriedade da Belchim).<\/p>\n

A Belchim registrou um aumento de vendas de 25% em 2014 (em compara\u00e7\u00e3o a 2013) e espera atingir um faturamento pr\u00f3ximo a 400 milh\u00f5es de euros ($448,8 milh\u00f5es) em 2015.
