O pre\u00e7o das a\u00e7\u00f5es da Syngenta subiu quase 3% em 15 de janeiro com as not\u00edcias que vazaram de uma fonte an\u00f4nima no dia anterior.<\/p>\n<p>Durante a maior parte de 2015, o setor foi agitado com atividades de fus\u00f5es e aquisi\u00e7\u00f5es, come\u00e7ando com a oferta n\u00e3o solicitada de $46 bilh\u00f5es da Monsanto pela Syngenta e culminando com um acordo Dow-DuPont que cria uma empresa de $130 bilh\u00f5es com um total combinado de $18 bilh\u00f5es em vendas agr\u00edcolas em 2014.<\/p>\n<p>O acordo com a ChemChina, estimado em cerca de $44 bilh\u00f5es, seria a maior aquisi\u00e7\u00e3o j\u00e1 feita por uma empresa chinesa, <a href=\"http:\/\/www.bloomberg.com\/news\/articles\/2016-01-15\/chemchina-said-to-move-step-closer-to-potential-syngenta-deal\">de acordo com a Bloomberg<\/a>.
