O uso dom\u00e9stico de 2,4-D butilato e paraquate seria eliminado gradualmente e o uso de flubendiamida no arroz seria proibido a partir de 1\u00ba de julho de 2018. A exporta\u00e7\u00e3o dos pesticidas em quest\u00e3o permanecer\u00e1 inalterada.<\/p>\n<p>O ICAMA prop\u00f4s a suspens\u00e3o peri\u00f3dica da renova\u00e7\u00e3o do registro existente e aprova\u00e7\u00e3o de nova aplica\u00e7\u00e3o. Os produtores ind\u00edgenas de pesticidas podem manter o mercado externo, pois o registro para fins somente de exporta\u00e7\u00e3o ser\u00e1 continuado:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>A aceita\u00e7\u00e3o e aprova\u00e7\u00e3o em trilha de campo, nova aplica\u00e7\u00e3o e renova\u00e7\u00e3o de registro para uso dom\u00e9stico de todos os produtos de butilato de 2,4-D devem ser suspensas. Os fabricantes de produtos de grau t\u00e9cnico podem manter o registro alterando a categoria de registro para prop\u00f3sito somente de exporta\u00e7\u00e3o;<\/li>\n<li>A aceita\u00e7\u00e3o e aprova\u00e7\u00e3o de testes de campo, novas aplica\u00e7\u00f5es e renova\u00e7\u00f5es de registro de todos os pesticidas dicofol ser\u00e3o suspensas. Em vista da fabrica\u00e7\u00e3o ind\u00edgena do dicofol t\u00e9cnico ter sido encerrada desde maio de 2014, todos os produtos formulados registrados ter\u00e3o uma data de expira\u00e7\u00e3o unificada em 30 de junho de 2016 e o uso dom\u00e9stico e a comercializa\u00e7\u00e3o do dicofol ser\u00e3o encerrados em 1\u00ba de julho de 2018;<\/li>\n<li>A classifica\u00e7\u00e3o toxicol\u00f3gica do paraquate ser\u00e1 classificada como \u201caltamente t\u00f3xica\u201d. A aceita\u00e7\u00e3o e aprova\u00e7\u00e3o de trilhas de campo, novas aplica\u00e7\u00f5es e a renova\u00e7\u00e3o do registro devem ser descontinuadas, com exce\u00e7\u00e3o do registro sob prop\u00f3sito de exporta\u00e7\u00e3o somente pelos fabricantes de grau t\u00e9cnico;<\/li>\n<li>Todos os registros de flubendiamida no arroz devem ser encerrados e o uso ser\u00e1 proibido a partir de 1\u00ba de julho de 2018;<\/li>\n<li>O registro de produtos de carbonfurano, timet e isofenfos-metil na cana-de-a\u00e7\u00facar deve ser cancelado e o uso ser\u00e1 proibido a partir de 1\u00ba de julho de 2018;<\/li>\n<li>O produto de fosfeto de alum\u00ednio deve ser embalado com embalagem de camada dupla, garantindo a fun\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0 prova d&#039;\u00e1gua, \u00e0 prova de umidade e \u00e0 prova de vazamento de g\u00e1s. A camada interna deve ser projetada para facilitar a fumiga\u00e7\u00e3o e evitar o contato do produto com a pele. Tanto a embalagem interna quanto a externa devem ser rotuladas com o s\u00edmbolo de toxicidade, a frase &quot;\u00c9 proibido usar o produto em condi\u00e7\u00f5es internas com pessoas e animais&quot; e as precau\u00e7\u00f5es adequadas.
