O 11\u00ba Simp\u00f3sio Internacional sobre Adjuvantes para Agroqu\u00edmicos (ISAA 2016) ser\u00e1 realizado de 13 a 17 de junho em Monterey, Calif\u00f3rnia, EUA. Seu tema \u00e9 \u201cCriando, Unindo e Compartilhando os Valores da Tecnologia Adjuvante\u201d, inspirado tanto no cen\u00e1rio da \u201cSalad Bowl of the World\u201d quanto no centro de inova\u00e7\u00e3o \u201cSilicon Valley\u201d nas proximidades. Simp\u00f3sios anteriores foram realizados em todo o mundo, incluindo o Brasil em 2013 e a Alemanha em 2010. Mais de 400 profissionais vir\u00e3o ao oeste dos EUA pela primeira vez para a confer\u00eancia preeminente sobre tecnologia de adjuvantes e formula\u00e7\u00e3o para agroqu\u00edmicos. Columbus, OH (2007), Memphis, TN (1998) e Blacksburg, VA (1989), foram todos locais anteriores nos EUA<\/p>\n

O presidente Solito Sumulong (gerente regulat\u00f3rio da Loveland Products Inc.) e o diretor cient\u00edfico Andy Malec (diretor de P&D da Advanced BioCatalytics) organizaram um programa voltado para o futuro que incorpora o esp\u00edrito empreendedor e de alta tecnologia da \u00e1rea. Ele contar\u00e1 a hist\u00f3ria de adjuvantes que aprimoram agroqu\u00edmicos na encruzilhada de novas tend\u00eancias em pr\u00e1ticas agr\u00edcolas e requisitos mais exigentes de consumidores, ambientais e partes interessadas. Grande parte do trabalho inovador que fundamenta essa hist\u00f3ria foi conduzido em todos os continentes por meio de colabora\u00e7\u00f5es entre pesquisadores de fornecedores de adjuvantes, fabricantes de agroqu\u00edmicos, distribuidores, reguladores e acad\u00eamicos.<\/p>\n

Os principais discursos incluir\u00e3o o economista Paul Hodges (International eChem), a especialista em pol\u00edtica ambiental Glenda Humiston (University of California), o comiss\u00e1rio agr\u00edcola Bob Roach (Monterey County, CA) e o investidor John Hamer (Monsanto Growth Ventures). As sess\u00f5es orais e de grupo cobrir\u00e3o t\u00f3picos como deriva e destino de gotas de pulveriza\u00e7\u00e3o, formula\u00e7\u00e3o e tecnologia adjuvante, desempenho biol\u00f3gico, novas aplica\u00e7\u00f5es, adjuvantes para biopesticidas, desafios regulat\u00f3rios para adjuvantes, agricultura de precis\u00e3o e adjuvantes e o futuro dos adjuvantes.<\/p>\n
