Todas as submiss\u00f5es t\u00e9cnicas devem chegar at\u00e9 30 de setembro, e apenas as primeiras 100 submiss\u00f5es ser\u00e3o revisadas.<\/p>\n<p>Um pr\u00eamio \u00fanico de $1 milh\u00f5es ser\u00e1 concedido \u00e0 equipe que atender \u00e0s regras do Desafio e puder cumprir melhor dois requisitos:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Demonstrar a maximiza\u00e7\u00e3o da efici\u00eancia de fornecimento de nutrientes e aumentar o rendimento em um ambiente de produ\u00e7\u00e3o agr\u00edcola experimental<\/li>\n<li>Demonstrar como a inova\u00e7\u00e3o pode ser adotada em um sistema de gest\u00e3o agr\u00edcola do mundo real para reduzir a quantidade de nutrientes dispon\u00edveis para movimenta\u00e7\u00e3o a jusante<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Tulane observa que \u201cgrandes desafios\u201d h\u00e1 muito tempo s\u00e3o \u201cabordagens socialmente inovadoras para lidar com problemas que as for\u00e7as naturais do mercado n\u00e3o conseguiram resolver\u201d. Por exemplo, em 1927, Charles Lindbergh ganhou o Pr\u00eamio Ortegi e $25.000 quando se tornou o primeiro piloto a voar de Nova York a Paris.
