{"id":58874,"date":"2016-11-21T09:30:14","date_gmt":"2016-11-21T14:30:14","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.agribusinessglobal.com\/?p=58874"},"modified":"2021-05-24T14:52:38","modified_gmt":"2021-05-24T18:52:38","slug":"gowan-isagro-sign-license-and-supply-agreement-for-fungicide","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.agribusinessglobal.com\/pt\/industry-news\/gowan-isagro-sign-license-and-supply-agreement-for-fungicide\/","title":{"rendered":"Gowan e Isagro assinam acordo de licen\u00e7a e fornecimento para fungicida"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>A Isagro e a Gowan Crop Protection Limited assinaram um Contrato de Licen\u00e7a e Fornecimento para o marketing e desenvolvimento de longo prazo do fungicida patenteado Kiralaxyl na Europa, fortalecendo assim a alian\u00e7a estrat\u00e9gica entre a Isagro e a Gowan.<\/p>\n<p>O acordo permite que a Gowan seja a licenciada exclusiva de todas as misturas de Kiralaxyl, existentes e a serem desenvolvidas, na Uni\u00e3o Europeia e na Su\u00ed\u00e7a, e inclui um resultado inicial para a Isagro de cerca de 5 milh\u00f5es de euros j\u00e1 refletido no lucro marginal projetado para todo o ano de 2016, conforme comunicado em 14 de novembro de 2016.<\/p>\n<p>A Gowan Crop Protection Limited (GCP) \u00e9 uma subsidi\u00e1ria integral da Gowan Company, LLC, que \u00e9 uma parte relacionada, como s\u00f3cia minorit\u00e1ria na estrutura de controle da Isagro. A GCP, localizada em Harpenden, Inglaterra, administra as opera\u00e7\u00f5es internacionais em expans\u00e3o da Gowan.<\/p>\n<p>A Isagro, como uma &quot;pequena empresa&quot; nos termos do Regulamento Consob sobre Partes Relacionadas, aplicou o procedimento simplificado previsto para transa\u00e7\u00f5es de menor relev\u00e2ncia, conforme previsto no procedimento adotado pela empresa.
