Embora mais empresas estejam produzindo glufosinato e a ind\u00fastria pare\u00e7a prestes a repetir o erro de superprodu\u00e7\u00e3o de glifosato, os intermedi\u00e1rios de glufosinato parecem estar em menor oferta e, portanto, control\u00e1veis, dando mais poder aos grandes produtores.<br \/>\n\u2022 Antitruste: Ao anunciar o acordo com a Monsanto, os executivos da Bayer se recusaram a fazer qualquer suposi\u00e7\u00e3o sobre o que os reguladores exigiriam que a empresa combinada desinvestisse para obter a aprova\u00e7\u00e3o.
