Para o ano inteiro, mantemos nossas metas de baixo crescimento de um d\u00edgito nas vendas, uma melhoria na margem EBITDA e forte gera\u00e7\u00e3o de fluxo de caixa livre. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;color: black\">Nas \u00faltimas semanas, a transa\u00e7\u00e3o da ChemChina fez um progresso muito significativo, com o recebimento de aprova\u00e7\u00f5es regulat\u00f3rias, incluindo a Uni\u00e3o Europeia e os EUA. Estamos ansiosos para fechar a transa\u00e7\u00e3o em maio de 2017.\u201d <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;color: black\">Vendas na Europa, \u00c1frica e Oriente M\u00e9dio<b> <\/b>permaneceram inalterados, apesar do in\u00edcio tardio da temporada na Europa do Norte e Central, devido ao clima frio. Isso foi compensado por um excelente desempenho no Sudeste Europeu e crescimento cont\u00ednuo na CEI, bem como pelo crescimento s\u00f3lido na Fran\u00e7a devido ao lan\u00e7amento altamente bem-sucedido do ELATUS PLUS no final de 2016. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;color: black\">Na Am\u00e9rica do Norte, um decl\u00ednio nas vendas de Sementes foi em grande parte devido a uma diferen\u00e7a de tempo no recebimento de royalties de caracter\u00edsticas. As vendas de Prote\u00e7\u00e3o de Cultivos mostraram um crescimento robusto impulsionado pelo sucesso cont\u00ednuo do TRIVAPRO, baseado em SOLATENOL. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;color: black\">Na Am\u00e9rica Latina, as vendas foram 3% menores. O clima seco no segundo semestre de 2016, afetando o sul do Brasil e o Paraguai, reduziu a demanda por fungicidas e herbicidas. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;color: black\">Na \u00c1sia-Pac\u00edfico, as vendas aumentaram 4%. O principal impulsionador foi a ASEAN, com um bom desempenho cont\u00ednuo de sementes de milho. A China cresceu com base na ado\u00e7\u00e3o de fungicidas, notavelmente AMISTAR<sup>\u00ae<\/sup>. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;color: black\">As vendas de herbicidas seletivos foram impactadas principalmente pelo in\u00edcio tardio da temporada na Europa. Nos EUA, ACURON\u2122 e DUAL GOLD<sup>\u00ae <\/sup>continuou a expandir apesar das condi\u00e7\u00f5es competitivas do mercado. As vendas de herbicidas n\u00e3o seletivos tamb\u00e9m foram menores devido \u00e0 suavidade do glifosato. O crescimento em fungicidas foi impulsionado por produtos baseados em SOLATENOL\u2122 na Fran\u00e7a, Alemanha e EUA. Isso mais do que compensou o impacto da fraqueza do mercado na Am\u00e9rica Latina. As vendas de inseticidas ca\u00edram devido \u00e0s vendas menores no norte da Europa. As vendas de tratamento de sementes foram ligeiramente maiores, com bons desempenhos da CRUISER<sup>\u00ae<\/sup> e FORTENZA<sup>\u00ae<\/sup> na Am\u00e9rica Latina. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;color: black\">Milho<\/span><span style=\"font-family: 'Arial',sans-serif;color: black\"> as vendas de sementes cresceram fortemente na Am\u00e9rica Latina e na \u00c1sia-Pac\u00edfico. Na Am\u00e9rica do Norte, as vendas de milho ca\u00edram devido ao tempo de royalties de caracter\u00edsticas. As vendas de soja tamb\u00e9m foram ligeiramente menores. As diversas culturas de campo registraram crescimento de dois d\u00edgitos, impulsionadas principalmente pelos girass\u00f3is.
