O Brasil est\u00e1 pronto para grandes planta\u00e7\u00f5es de safras para 2017-18, apesar dos pre\u00e7os mais baixos, disse o presidente-executivo da Bunge, Soren Schroder \u2013 dando uma perspectiva otimista tamb\u00e9m para a produ\u00e7\u00e3o global de colza, escreve Mike Verdin em Agrimoney.com<\/a>.<\/p>\n

H\u00e1 algumas especula\u00e7\u00f5es de que o crescimento das planta\u00e7\u00f5es brasileiras de milho e soja pode desacelerar em 2017-18, devido \u00e0 queda nos pre\u00e7os de ambas as culturas, deprimidas em termos locais pela for\u00e7a do real, al\u00e9m de press\u00f5es nos mercados internacionais.<\/p>\n

O Conselho Internacional de Gr\u00e3os previu na semana passada uma queda de 3% nas planta\u00e7\u00f5es de milho do Brasil, para 16,8 milh\u00f5es de hectares, citando que "os valores m\u00e9dios est\u00e3o mais de 40% abaixo do ano anterior, pressionados por uma perspectiva de oferta muito mais confort\u00e1vel", embora tenha visto a \u00e1rea sendo transferida para semeadura de soja.<\/p>\n

"Os agricultores podem ser encorajados a transferir parte da \u00e1rea de milho de temporada completa para a soja em regi\u00f5es menos produtivas, dadas as perspectivas de retornos relativamente baixos", disse o conselho, prevendo um aumento de 2% na semeadura de soja do Brasil em 2017-18, que come\u00e7a no m\u00eas que vem.<\/p>\n
