E os rendimentos nacionais de algod\u00e3o em 2017 devem ser maiores do que em 2016, 33 libras a mais do que no ano passado.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cEmbora a maioria dos produtores tenha obtido \u00f3timos resultados administrando as culturas DT nesta temporada, algumas fazendas n\u00e3o DT apresentaram sintomas que podem ter vindo do uso impr\u00f3prio da nova tecnologia\u201d, disse Chad Asmus, Gerente T\u00e9cnico de Mercado da BASF. \u201cA BASF trabalhou com os produtores para entender melhor o que estava ocorrendo.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><strong>Volatilidade &#039;n\u00e3o \u00e9 um fator determinante&#039;<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Em uma teleconfer\u00eancia da empresa em 17 de novembro, Asmus negou que a volatilidade fosse a principal causa do desvio.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cCom base em anos de pesquisa e desenvolvimento e nossa experi\u00eancia com dicamba, n\u00e3o acreditamos que a volatilidade seja um fator determinante com base em nossa pesquisa e experi\u00eancia. \u00c9 importante notar que v\u00e1rios produtores tiveram resultados excelentes e positivos no ano passado\u201d, disse ele, acrescentando: \u201cCom base em v\u00e1rias de nossas investiga\u00e7\u00f5es de campo do ver\u00e3o passado, identificamos v\u00e1rios fatores contribuintes, e n\u00e3o acreditamos que a volatilidade seja um desses fatores determinantes.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Os representantes de campo da BASF investigaram 787 reivindica\u00e7\u00f5es de sintomatologia da soja durante a temporada de 2017, a maioria das quais n\u00e3o teve impacto no rendimento. As principais causas incluem:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Altura incorreta do bico e\/ou da lan\u00e7a<\/li>\n<li>Velocidade ou dire\u00e7\u00e3o do vento<\/li>\n<li>Buffer insuficiente<\/li>\n<li>Contamina\u00e7\u00e3o do sistema de pulveriza\u00e7\u00e3o<\/li>\n<li>Uso de produto n\u00e3o registrado<\/li>\n<li>Aplica\u00e7\u00e3o durante invers\u00e3o de temperatura<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Qualquer combina\u00e7\u00e3o desses fatores pode influenciar o movimento fora do alvo.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cDesenvolver uma recomenda\u00e7\u00e3o baseada em fatos e ci\u00eancia que se concentre em uma solu\u00e7\u00e3o de longo prazo para os agricultores continua sendo uma parte cr\u00edtica do trabalho em conjunto\u201d, disse Asmus. \u201c\u00c9 por isso que recentemente nos reunimos com cientistas de ervas daninhas de todo o pa\u00eds para compartilhar os resultados da temporada de 2017 e trabalhar colaborativamente em um caminho a seguir.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>A BASF tamb\u00e9m trabalhou com a Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) para desenvolver um selo Engenia atualizado para a temporada de cultivo de 2018.
