O objetivo desta iniciativa \u00e9 garantir que a contribui\u00e7\u00e3o do setor de manufatura, que \u00e9 de cerca de 15% do Produto Interno Bruto (PIB) do pa\u00eds, seja aumentada para 25% nos pr\u00f3ximos anos.<\/p>\n<p>Antes da campanha Make in India, os problemas gerais enfrentados pelos investidores na \u00cdndia foram refletidos no relat\u00f3rio do Banco Mundial, \u201cEase of Doing Business\u201d, no qual a \u00cdndia est\u00e1 classificada apenas em 142\u00ba lugar entre 189 pa\u00edses. Esta foi uma das raz\u00f5es pelas quais as empresas agroqu\u00edmicas multinacionais n\u00e3o investiram na \u00cdndia em compara\u00e7\u00e3o com outros pa\u00edses asi\u00e1ticos.<\/p>\n<p>Mas agora o governo da \u00cdndia est\u00e1 promovendo sua ambiciosa iniciativa, visando transformar o pa\u00eds de terceira maior economia da \u00c1sia em uma pot\u00eancia global de manufatura. A iniciativa estabeleceu uma meta ambiciosa de criar 100 milh\u00f5es de empregos adicionais no setor de manufatura at\u00e9 2022.<\/p>\n<p>Marcos da Iniciativa de Crescimento, Competitividade e Processo:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>O governo anunciou muitas medidas para melhorar a competitividade no setor.<\/li>\n<li>A parcela da ind\u00fastria aprovada pelo Gabinete, conforme a antiga Comiss\u00e3o de Planejamento, contribuiria com 25% do PIB at\u00e9 2025.<\/li>\n<li>\u00c9 concedida aprova\u00e7\u00e3o para Investimento Estrangeiro Direto (IED) de at\u00e9 100% no setor qu\u00edmico, imposto especial de consumo reduzido de 14% para 10%, juntamente com leis fortes sobre antidumping para promover ainda mais a ind\u00fastria.<\/li>\n<li>Os fluxos acumulados de IED na ind\u00fastria qu\u00edmica atingiram $10.588 milh\u00f5es entre abril de 2000 e junho de 2015.<\/li>\n<li>Um foco dedicado \u00e0 inova\u00e7\u00e3o e \u00e0 pesquisa e desenvolvimento, j\u00e1 que o governo est\u00e1 tentando dar suporte ao movimento do setor qu\u00edmico na cadeia de valor, de produtos qu\u00edmicos a granel para produtos qu\u00edmicos de maior valor agregado. Para isso, h\u00e1 incentivos especiais oferecidos para a cria\u00e7\u00e3o de Zonas Econ\u00f4micas Especiais (ZEEs) e Zonas Nacionais de Investimento e Fabrica\u00e7\u00e3o (NIMZ) em \u00e1reas designadas de Jammu e Caxemira, Regi\u00e3o Nordeste, Himachal Pradesh e Uttarakhand.<\/li>\n<li>O governo tamb\u00e9m aprovou quatro Regi\u00f5es de Investimento em Petr\u00f3leo, Produtos Qu\u00edmicos e Petroqu\u00edmicos (PCPIRs) nos estados de Andhra Pradesh (Vishakhapatnam), Gujarat (Dahej), Odisha (Paradeep) e Tamil Nadu (Cuddalore e Naghapattinam) para promover investimentos e desenvolvimento industrial nesses setores.<\/li>\n<li>A \u00cdndia est\u00e1 mais aberta \u00e0 ideia de cultivos de organismos geneticamente modificados, com o novo governo dando permiss\u00e3o para testar mostarda geneticamente modificada.<\/li>\n<li>Com a introdu\u00e7\u00e3o do novo imposto sobre bens e servi\u00e7os (GST), ser\u00e1 um passo importante na promo\u00e7\u00e3o do compromisso do governo em melhorar a classifica\u00e7\u00e3o de facilidade de fazer neg\u00f3cios na \u00cdndia.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>A \u00cdndia tem potencial para se tornar o segundo maior mercado qu\u00edmico da \u00c1sia nos pr\u00f3ximos 10 anos, mas somente se as condi\u00e7\u00f5es certas para a ind\u00fastria forem criadas \u00e9 que os investimentos em plantas qu\u00edmicas acontecer\u00e3o na \u00cdndia.<\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>\u201cMake in India\u201d \u00e9 uma iniciativa adotada pelo novo governo de Nova D\u00e9li para atrair empresas estrangeiras para\u2026<\/p>","protected":false},"author":110,"featured_media":60470,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"closed","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"_acf_changed":false,"footnotes":""},"categories":[28,5],"tags":[54,1236],"class_list":["post-60469","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-asia","category-markets","tag-featured-home","tag-india"],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.7 - https:\/\/yoast.com\/product\/yoast-seo-wordpress\/ -->\n<title>How \u2018Make in India\u2019 Will Impact the Crop Protection Industry - AgriBusiness Global<\/title>\n<meta name=\"description\" content=\"\u201cMake in India\u201d is an initiative taken up by the new government in New Delhi to attract foreign business to the country.
