O objetivo \u00e9 encontrar solu\u00e7\u00f5es coerentes que levem em conta a necessidade de aumentar a produtividade respeitando o meio ambiente.<\/p>\n<p>No \u00e2mbito de uma parceria p\u00fablico-privada, a Rizobacter, em conjunto com a \u00e1rea de bioinsumos do Instituto Nacional de Tecnologia Agropecu\u00e1ria de Castelar (INTA Castelar), desenvolveu um agente de biocontrole de pat\u00f3genos altamente eficiente para sementes de trigo e soja, com excelentes resultados em ensaios de campo.<\/p>\n<p>Gra\u00e7as a muitos anos de pesquisa e desenvolvimento, este biofungicida j\u00e1 est\u00e1 posicionado para se tornar um instrumento para o controle de pat\u00f3genos que afetam o processo de germina\u00e7\u00e3o de sementes e o desenvolvimento de mudas em trigo e soja. Ele faz parte da pr\u00f3xima gera\u00e7\u00e3o de produtos para tratamento de sementes que s\u00e3o 100% biol\u00f3gicos, adequados para agricultura org\u00e2nica e mais f\u00e1ceis de manusear, ao mesmo tempo em que eliminam o risco ambiental.<\/p>\n<h2>Solu\u00e7\u00e3o natural e altamente eficiente para controle de pat\u00f3genos<\/h2>\n<p>Formula\u00e7\u00e3o baseada em <em>Trichoderma harzanium<\/em>, um fungo reconhecido como um dos mais importantes agentes de biocontrole de doen\u00e7as causadas por pat\u00f3genos associados a sementes e solo (como: <em>Fusarium<\/em> esp\u00e9cies, <em>Bipolaris sorokiniana<\/em>, <em>Drechslera tritici repentis<\/em>, <em>Tilletia laevis<\/em>, <em>Ustilago tritici<\/em>, <em>Cercospora kikuchii<\/em>, <em>Fomopsis<\/em> spp.). Este biofungicida tem efic\u00e1cia igual ou superior quando comparado aos produtos qu\u00edmicos para tratamento de sementes.<\/p>\n<p>A cepa TH2 de <em>Trichoderma harzianum<\/em> foi usado como ingrediente ativo para este produto, isolado pelo Instituto de Microbiologia e Zoologia Agr\u00edcola do INTA Castelar na Argentina, e selecionado entre 125 cepas diferentes. Esta cepa foi identificada como a mais eficaz quando se trata de controlar o desenvolvimento de doen\u00e7as importantes em cereais de inverno.<\/p>\n<p>Este microrganismo tem tr\u00eas maneiras diferentes de combater os fungos fitopatog\u00eanicos, evitando a gera\u00e7\u00e3o de resist\u00eancia. Os tr\u00eas mecanismos s\u00e3o:<\/p>\n<p><strong>1. Competi\u00e7\u00e3o:<\/strong> Ela tem uma vantagem importante competindo por espa\u00e7o e nutrientes em compara\u00e7\u00e3o com fungos patog\u00eanicos. Ela tamb\u00e9m melhora a estrutura da raiz, aumenta a absor\u00e7\u00e3o de nutrientes e fornece uma melhor toler\u00e2ncia a condi\u00e7\u00f5es estressantes.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2. Micoparasitismo:<\/strong> Ela se desenvolve ao redor do pat\u00f3geno e em sua superf\u00edcie. Pode penetrar em seu interior atrav\u00e9s da a\u00e7\u00e3o das enzimas l\u00edticas (quitinase e \u00df-1,3-glucanase) que lhe permitem degradar a parede celular do pat\u00f3geno.<\/p>\n<p><strong>3. Antibiose:<\/strong> Por fim, o fungo secreta uma grande quantidade de antibi\u00f3ticos e metab\u00f3litos que inibem os pat\u00f3genos e a atividade parasit\u00e1ria, impedindo o desenvolvimento e a reprodu\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<h2>Inova\u00e7\u00e3o para melhor desempenho<\/h2>\n<p>Hoje, h\u00e1 duas op\u00e7\u00f5es para escolher quando se trata da formula\u00e7\u00e3o de fungicidas biol\u00f3gicos: s\u00f3lidos ou l\u00edquidos. Embora a produ\u00e7\u00e3o de s\u00f3lidos seja mais f\u00e1cil, as vantagens das formula\u00e7\u00f5es l\u00edquidas s\u00e3o claras. Aqui est\u00e3o algumas:<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u2022 Esterilidade:<\/strong> Realizando a multiplica\u00e7\u00e3o em fermentadores fechados de a\u00e7o inoxid\u00e1vel, \u00e9 mais f\u00e1cil manter o produto livre de outros microrganismos ao usar uma formula\u00e7\u00e3o l\u00edquida. Isso n\u00e3o apenas estende a vida \u00fatil do produto quando mantido em seu recipiente original, mas tamb\u00e9m garante que apenas o organismo necess\u00e1rio seja usado na semente.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u2022 Qualidade da aplica\u00e7\u00e3o:<\/strong> \u00c9 dif\u00edcil distribuir p\u00f3s uniformemente nas sementes em suas diferentes \u00e1reas. S\u00f3 ent\u00e3o um produto de alta pureza que garanta a esteriliza\u00e7\u00e3o pode<br \/>\nser alcan\u00e7ado.<\/p>\n<h2>Est\u00e1gios de desenvolvimento<\/h2>\n<p>Estas s\u00e3o algumas das diferentes etapas realizadas no processo de formula\u00e7\u00e3o do l\u00edquido e esterilizado <em>Trichoderma harzianum<\/em> cepa TH2.<\/p>\n<p><strong>1. Sele\u00e7\u00e3o do meio de crescimento:<\/strong> Sele\u00e7\u00e3o de um meio onde o fungo pode ter uma produ\u00e7\u00e3o \u00f3tima de con\u00eddios. \u00c1gar S-Base Modificado (MSBA), \u00c1gar Richard&#039;s Modificado (MRA), \u00c1gar GK, Mistura de Meios, \u00c1gar MMA foram testados. A avalia\u00e7\u00e3o do meio de cultura foi realizada classificando-se cada atributo do meio, como rela\u00e7\u00e3o fonte de carbono (CS) \/ fonte de nitrog\u00eanio (NS), tipo de CS, tipo de NS, pH, conjunto de c\u00e1tions e \u00e2nions e fontes complexas de nutrientes.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2. Desenvolvimento de diversas formula\u00e7\u00f5es:<\/strong> Dentre estes, foram testados diferentes tamp\u00f5es de fosfato, trealose, glicerol, polietilenoglicol (PEG) e polivinilpirrolidona (PVP), gelatina, farelo de soja, farinha de trigo e leite.<\/p>\n<p><strong>3. Sele\u00e7\u00e3o do recipiente:<\/strong> Foram realizados diversos testes para determinar quais os recipientes mais adequados para a conserva\u00e7\u00e3o dos con\u00eddios produzidos pela <em>Trichoderma harzianum<\/em> cepa TH2. V\u00e1rias bexigas de diferentes materiais e densidades foram usadas, assim como garrafas e recipientes com fundos em formato de cone.<\/p>\n<p>Nos ensaios em que as formula\u00e7\u00f5es, bem como a sele\u00e7\u00e3o dos recipientes foram feitas, a determina\u00e7\u00e3o do n\u00famero de c\u00e9lulas vi\u00e1veis ao longo de um certo per\u00edodo de tempo foi analisada.
