O movimento segue o Uni\u00e3o Europeia<\/a>decis\u00e3o da de aprovar a fus\u00e3o em mar\u00e7o, condicionada \u00e0 aliena\u00e7\u00e3o de um pacote de sementes, pesticidas e agricultura digital, que a BASF concordou em comprar.<\/p>\n

A transa\u00e7\u00e3o cria o maior player global integrado de sementes e pesticidas. A Bayer est\u00e1 pagando $66 bilh\u00f5es pela Monsanto \u2013 equivalente a $128 por a\u00e7\u00e3o \u2013 em uma transa\u00e7\u00e3o totalmente em dinheiro financiada por meio de d\u00edvida e capital.
