Na semana passada, o mundo soube que o O Departamento de Justi\u00e7a dos EUA (DOJ) aprovou formalmente a aquisi\u00e7\u00e3o proposta<\/a> da gigante norte-americana de prote\u00e7\u00e3o de colheitas\/sementes Monsanto pela Bayer, sediada na Alemanha, escreve Eric Sfiligoj em CropLife.com<\/a>. Com a Bayer prometendo alienar ativos adicionais (ou seja, partes de seu neg\u00f3cio de agricultura digital), os EUA foram adicionados \u00e0 lista de pa\u00edses ao redor do globo, incluindo membros da Uni\u00e3o Europeia, que deram sua b\u00ean\u00e7\u00e3o ao acordo. Embora o Canad\u00e1 e o M\u00e9xico ainda n\u00e3o tenham se manifestado, a maioria dos observadores do mercado acredita que o acordo h\u00e1 muito proposto entre Bayer e Monsanto agora se tornar\u00e1 realidade, provavelmente em meados de 2018.<\/p>\n
