Em seu livro &quot;Agri-Input Marketing in India&quot;, os autores Pingali Venugopal e Ram Kaundinya afirmam que as empresas investem cerca de 5-7% da receita de vendas em atividades de puxar. As atividades de puxar disseminam o boca a boca entre os agricultores, mostram os reais benef\u00edcios do produto em rela\u00e7\u00e3o aos concorrentes e tamb\u00e9m geram um significativo reconhecimento da marca.<\/p>\n<p>Na minha visita de campo, observei que os agentes de campo geralmente passam a primeira metade do dia (quando os agricultores est\u00e3o mais ocupados no trabalho) com atividades de puxar e a segunda metade com atividades de empurrar.<\/p>\n<p>Entender o ciclo de vida de um produto agroqu\u00edmico, o conhecimento da marca e os ingredientes ativos usados pelos concorrentes ajudam voc\u00ea a planejar a cad\u00eancia dessas atividades de Push e Pull.<\/p>\n<p><strong>2) Perfil da Vila<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ao atribuir atividades de marketing de campo a um Gerente de Territ\u00f3rio, ele deve primeiro identificar as vilas a serem alvo. Ele precisa conhecer as principais culturas cultivadas na vila. Ao planejar o volume de vendas desejado em diferentes regi\u00f5es geogr\u00e1ficas e sua distribui\u00e7\u00e3o, a \u00e1rea l\u00edquida semeada oferece uma vis\u00e3o mais aprofundada do processo de planejamento. Quando h\u00e1 uma maior parcela de terras irrigadas, h\u00e1 mais oportunidades de vendas em mais de uma safra. Entre outras coisas, ele ajuda voc\u00ea a ver com os olhos de um <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/pulse\/3-things-agri-input-retailers-want-from-agtech-ramachandran\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">varejista de insumos agr\u00edcolas vendendo seus produtos<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>No meu anterior <a href=\"https:\/\/www.linkedin.com\/pulse\/3-things-agri-input-retailers-want-from-agtech-ramachandran\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">postagem do blog<\/a>, eu tinha escrito isso<\/p>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px\"><em>A maioria dos varejistas de insumos agr\u00edcolas tem conhecimento sofisticado dos ciclos das colheitas e das condi\u00e7\u00f5es agroclim\u00e1ticas do conjunto de vilas onde operam. No entanto, eles n\u00e3o t\u00eam conhecimento das atividades de marketing realizadas pelas equipes de campo das empresas agroqu\u00edmicas.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Embora os retalhistas de insumos agr\u00edcolas n\u00e3o tenham acesso e n\u00e3o necessitem de acesso a estes pain\u00e9is (pois <em>saber<\/em> por meio de sua longa experi\u00eancia e c\u00edrculos sociais informais), \u00e9 importante que os gerentes de territ\u00f3rio acessem esses pain\u00e9is antes de planejar que os representantes de campo se encontrem com os varejistas como parte da rotina di\u00e1ria destes.<\/p>\n<p>O que torna este painel ainda mais interessante \u00e9 como ele aplica o sistema de pontos a essas diferentes \u00e1reas de influ\u00eancia. Se voc\u00ea observar o painel acima (preenchido com dados fict\u00edcios), notar\u00e1 que o n\u00famero de atividades n\u00e3o tem uma rela\u00e7\u00e3o de primeira ordem com a pontua\u00e7\u00e3o que as acompanha.
