Sree Ram no LiveMint.com<\/a>. Com a gest\u00e3o convencendo os investidores sobre os ganhos das sinergias, a a\u00e7\u00e3o ganhou 36% desde o an\u00fancio da aquisi\u00e7\u00e3o em 20 de julho. Parte dos ganhos pode ser explicada pela recupera\u00e7\u00e3o na Am\u00e9rica Latina, um grande mercado para a UPL.<\/p>\n<p>Espera-se que a aquisi\u00e7\u00e3o da Arysta aumente a alavancagem, gra\u00e7as ao empr\u00e9stimo de $3 bilh\u00f5es, enquanto sinergias estimadas em $205-255 milh\u00f5es por ano devem criar valor a partir do primeiro ano da fus\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p>No entanto, essas suposi\u00e7\u00f5es est\u00e3o em risco, pois os desafios est\u00e3o surgindo para a entidade combinada. A seca na Europa \u00e9 uma delas, aponta a CGS-CIMB Securities (India) Pvt. Chuvas esparsas e altas temperaturas impactaram a produtividade das fazendas.
