V\u00e1rias reconheceram terem sido abordadas pelos chineses para fabrica\u00e7\u00e3o contratada e outros empreendimentos. Algumas pareciam otimistas sobre o que o futuro pode reservar para o trabalho conjunto, enquanto outras levantaram sobrancelhas diante de qualquer possibilidade de as duas se unirem.<\/p>\n<p>Kumar Inamdar, Presidente da Divis\u00e3o de Prote\u00e7\u00e3o de Cultivos da Mumbai-based <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hikal.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Hikal Ltda.<\/a>, \u00e9 um dos c\u00e9ticos.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cSempre haver\u00e1 um problema com capacidades\u201d, ele disse, al\u00e9m das \u201cenormes diferen\u00e7as culturais na maneira como a \u00cdndia opera e a maneira como a China opera. Obviamente, as empresas indianas ficar\u00e3o muito c\u00e9ticas\u201d. Quanto \u00e0 estrat\u00e9gia de redu\u00e7\u00e3o de risco da Hikal, a empresa previu a situa\u00e7\u00e3o atual quatro anos atr\u00e1s, ele disse, e ent\u00e3o mudou o foco para o mercado dom\u00e9stico e come\u00e7ou a desenvolver um est\u00e1bulo de fornecedores indianos.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.bhagirad.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Produtos qu\u00edmicos Bhagiradha<\/a>&#039; a hist\u00f3ria \u00e9 um pouco mais incomum, pois j\u00e1 est\u00e1 totalmente integrada de tr\u00e1s para frente em sua fabrica\u00e7\u00e3o t\u00e9cnica de produtos como clorpirif\u00f3s, azoxistrobina e imidacloprida. O objetivo do Make in India \u00e9 criar uma base de fabrica\u00e7\u00e3o na \u00cdndia, e n\u00e3o apenas para produtos qu\u00edmicos.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Outras conversas sugeririam que a pol\u00edtica n\u00e3o corta todas as vias para investimento e alian\u00e7as. Bimal Shah, Diretor de <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sulphurmills.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Moinhos de Enxofre Ltda.<\/a>, tem testemunhado mais cortejo dos indianos pelos chineses em busca de parcerias na \u00cdndia, envolvendo v\u00e1rios produtos qu\u00edmicos e m\u00e9todos pelos quais trabalham em conjunto, seja para fabrica\u00e7\u00e3o de intermedi\u00e1rios ou produtos acabados.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cEstamos avaliando algumas dessas (oportunidades)\u201d, disse Shah <em>Agroneg\u00f3cio Global<\/em> no Trade Summit. \u201cAcho que vai acontecer. \u2026 Todo mundo quer &#039;c\u00e9us azuis&#039;\u201d, ele disse em refer\u00eancia \u00e0 met\u00e1fora frequentemente usada pela ind\u00fastria para a limpeza ambiental da China. Primeiro, \u201cos chineses precisar\u00e3o de tempo para se familiarizarem com a cultura indiana e o estilo de trabalho indiano\u201d.<\/p>\n<h2>&quot;\u00c9 uma quest\u00e3o de mentalidade&quot;<\/h2>\n<p>No <a href=\"http:\/\/www.rallis.co.in\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Rallis \u00cdndia<\/a>, os neg\u00f3cios internacionais dispararam mais de 34% no ano passado. Ela est\u00e1 investindo pesadamente em novas instala\u00e7\u00f5es nos pr\u00f3ximos tr\u00eas anos e abordar\u00e1 seu crescimento por meio de engenharia reversa.
