Seus membros \u2014 as quatro associa\u00e7\u00f5es regionais para Am\u00e9rica do Sul, Europa, \u00cdndia e China \u2014 representam mais de 850 fabricantes individuais. Como uma organiza\u00e7\u00e3o global, a AgroCare defende os interesses dos fabricantes de gen\u00e9ricos em plataformas globais como a <a href=\"http:\/\/www.fao.org\/agriculture\/crops\/thematic-sitemap\/theme\/pests\/jmps\/en\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Reuni\u00e3o Conjunta sobre Especifica\u00e7\u00f5es de Pesticidas (JMPS)<\/a>, o <a href=\"http:\/\/www.fao.org\/policy-support\/mechanisms\/mechanisms-details\/en\/c\/428597\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Reuni\u00e3o Conjunta sobre Gest\u00e3o de Pesticidas (JMPM)<\/a>, e <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cipac.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">CIPAC (Conselho Internacional Colaborativo de An\u00e1lise de Pesticidas)<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>AgroCare representa as seguintes associa\u00e7\u00f5es regionais\/nacionais:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/www.agrocarelatinoamerica.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">AgroCare Latinoam\u00e9rica<\/a><\/li>\n<li>ECCA (Associa\u00e7\u00e3o Europeia de Cuidados com as Culturas)<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/www.ccpia.com.cn\/en\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">CCPIA (Associa\u00e7\u00e3o das Ind\u00fastrias de Prote\u00e7\u00e3o de Cultivos da China)<\/a><\/li>\n<li>PMFAI (Associa\u00e7\u00e3o de Fabricantes e Formuladores de Pesticidas da \u00cdndia)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>No n\u00edvel global, a AgroCare consolida os interesses de seus membros por meio da participa\u00e7\u00e3o em plataformas globais. Nas reuni\u00f5es conjuntas das organiza\u00e7\u00f5es da ONU FAO e OMS (JMPS, JMPR, JMPM). A AgroCare est\u00e1 presente, n\u00e3o apenas para coletar informa\u00e7\u00f5es para seus membros sobre desenvolvimentos regulat\u00f3rios, mas tamb\u00e9m para intervir em seu nome, para garantir que novos procedimentos, regulamenta\u00e7\u00f5es ou orienta\u00e7\u00f5es globais n\u00e3o criem obst\u00e1culos espec\u00edficos para fabricantes de gen\u00e9ricos.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cNos \u00faltimos anos, a AgroCare tem estado activamente envolvida no debate sobre as altera\u00e7\u00f5es \u00e0 &#039;<a href=\"http:\/\/www.fao.org\/agriculture\/crops\/thematic-sitemap\/theme\/pests\/jmps\/manual\/en\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Manual sobre desenvolvimento e uso de especifica\u00e7\u00f5es da FAO e da OMS para pesticidas<\/a>&#039;, o que est\u00e1 causando atrasos dispendiosos para os fabricantes de gen\u00e9ricos participarem de licita\u00e7\u00f5es internacionais para produtos agroqu\u00edmicos e de higiene p\u00fablica\u201d, diz Aparna Bhasin, Diretora Executiva da PMFAI.<\/p>\n<p>Em estreita coopera\u00e7\u00e3o com suas associa\u00e7\u00f5es regionais e seus membros da ind\u00fastria, a AgroCare \u00e9 a defensora internacional para alcan\u00e7ar regras vi\u00e1veis para estabelecer a equival\u00eancia de subst\u00e2ncias ativas e produtos, ao mesmo tempo mantendo altos padr\u00f5es de qualidade e reduzindo as barreiras para a introdu\u00e7\u00e3o da concorr\u00eancia gen\u00e9rica, para oferecer aos agricultores ao redor do mundo os benef\u00edcios da livre concorr\u00eancia ap\u00f3s a expira\u00e7\u00e3o das patentes.<\/p>\n<p>A AgroCare amplifica a voz dos fabricantes de gen\u00e9ricos que se deparam com regulamenta\u00e7\u00f5es e barreiras anticompetitivas, e fala em nome deles.
