UPL Ltda.<\/a> anunciou seu compromisso com a Pacto Global das Na\u00e7\u00f5es Unidas (UNGC)<\/a> iniciativa \u2014 uma plataforma de lideran\u00e7a volunt\u00e1ria para o desenvolvimento, implementa\u00e7\u00e3o e divulga\u00e7\u00e3o de pr\u00e1ticas comerciais respons\u00e1veis. Com este an\u00fancio, a UPL tem orgulho de se juntar a milhares de outras empresas globalmente comprometidas em tomar a\u00e7\u00f5es comerciais respons\u00e1veis para criar o mundo que todos n\u00f3s queremos.<\/p>\n

O Pacto Global da ONU \u00e9 um apelo \u00e0s empresas em todo o mundo para que alinhem as suas opera\u00e7\u00f5es e estrat\u00e9gias com 10 princ\u00edpios universalmente aceites nas \u00e1reas dos direitos humanos, do trabalho, do ambiente e do combate \u00e0 corrup\u00e7\u00e3o, e para que tomem medidas em apoio aos objectivos e quest\u00f5es da ONU consagrados no Pacto. Objetivos de Desenvolvimento Sustent\u00e1vel (ODS)<\/a>. Lan\u00e7ado em 2000, o Pacto Global da ONU \u00e9 a maior iniciativa de sustentabilidade corporativa do mundo, com mais de 9.500 empresas e 3.000 signat\u00e1rios n\u00e3o empresariais sediados em mais de 160 pa\u00edses.<\/p>\n
