A empresa registrou Receita de Opera\u00e7\u00f5es de Rs. 256 crores, com um crescimento resiliente de 7,1% na base YoY. O grupo de produtos Lethal viu um crescimento impressionante de 4 vezes nas vendas, um indicador de alta aceita\u00e7\u00e3o entre os agricultores. O EBITDA ficou em Rs. 29 crores, com margens de 11,2%. O lucro l\u00edquido do trimestre foi de Rs. 22 crores, com margens de 8,5%.<\/p>\n<p>O ano fiscal de 2021 foi desafiador, come\u00e7ou com o surto sem precedentes de Covid-19 impactando negativamente a economia e as pessoas em todo o mundo. O setor agroqu\u00edmico dom\u00e9stico tamb\u00e9m foi afetado, pois os bloqueios restringiram as opera\u00e7\u00f5es at\u00e9 certo ponto. A ind\u00fastria enfrentou desafios em termos de disponibilidade de mat\u00e9ria-prima e material de embalagem, com vendas no local e restri\u00e7\u00f5es log\u00edsticas tamb\u00e9m criando press\u00e3o sobre os neg\u00f3cios. No entanto, o sistema agr\u00edcola da \u00cdndia demonstrou sua resili\u00eancia em meio a tais adversidades e, em um curto espa\u00e7o de tempo, seu desempenho de produ\u00e7\u00e3o come\u00e7ou a melhorar.<\/p>\n<p>Em uma base anual, a Receita de Opera\u00e7\u00f5es do AF21 foi de Rs. 1.420 crores, um crescimento de 4,2% na base YoY, com EBITDA de Rs. 152 crores e Lucro L\u00edquido de Rs. 93 crores representando margens de 10,7% e 6,5%, respectivamente. O crescimento da receita foi impulsionado pelo segmento institucional, um crescimento de 20% e contribuiu com 26% para a receita total, as vendas de marca diminu\u00edram marginalmente em 0,4% e contribu\u00edram com 69%. A categoria Maharatna continuou a crescer, registrando um aumento de 3,7% YoY, Lethal Granules, Pulsor, Hercules e Green Label foram os principais contribuintes. O lucro l\u00edquido aumentou em 8,6% YoY com melhora nas margens de lucratividade.<\/p>\n<p>Durante o ano, as principais \u00e1reas de foco estrat\u00e9gico foram vendas \u00e0 vista e melhor gest\u00e3o do capital de giro para gerar fluxos de caixa fortes. Como resultado, a empresa gerou caixa de opera\u00e7\u00f5es de Rs. 155 crores e a d\u00edvida total foi reduzida ainda mais em Rs. 92 crores. Al\u00e9m disso, foi anunciado um dividendo total de Rs. 2 por a\u00e7\u00e3o, ou seja, 20% no valor de face.<\/p>\n<p>Lan\u00e7amos sete novos produtos no AF21 para melhorar o mix de produtos, que receberam resposta positiva do mercado e contribu\u00edram com Rs. 27,4 crores para as vendas l\u00edquidas durante o ano. Tamb\u00e9m tenho o prazer de anunciar que a Lethal Granules e a Tadaaki come\u00e7aram a substituir as vendas da Thimet durante o ano e registraram vendas anuais de Rs. 56,5 crores e espera-se que contribuam com um bom crescimento no pr\u00f3ximo ano.<\/p>\n<p>Al\u00e9m disso, estamos mirando lan\u00e7ar o Hachiman, uma mistura de herbicida patenteada com a Nissan Japan, que \u00e9 parte do nosso plano de lan\u00e7ar 5-6 novos produtos de valor agregado durante o ano.
