O centro fornecer\u00e1 insights de pesquisa profundos e solu\u00e7\u00f5es avan\u00e7adas de ilumina\u00e7\u00e3o para produtores em Cingapura e na regi\u00e3o que ajudar\u00e3o Cingapura e a \u00c1sia a produzir vegetais locais, livres de pesticidas, cultivados de forma sustent\u00e1vel.<\/p>\n

O centro \u00e9 o primeiro centro de pesquisa virtual baseado em conhecimento hort\u00edcola da Signify. Os insights de pesquisa coletados pelos centros de pesquisa f\u00edsicos da Signify, o GrowWise Center em Eindhoven e o BrightBox em Venlo (acima), desde 2015, tamb\u00e9m ser\u00e3o disponibilizados neste centro virtual.<\/p><\/div>\n

O centro abrange todo o conhecimento cr\u00edtico necess\u00e1rio para construir com sucesso uma fazenda vertical ou estufa moderna, incluindo ci\u00eancia vegetal, aplica\u00e7\u00e3o de ilumina\u00e7\u00e3o, controle de Internet das Coisas (IoT) e design de engenharia. Por meio do centro, al\u00e9m de compartilhar sua expertise internacional, a Signify tamb\u00e9m visa aumentar sua presen\u00e7a no Sudeste Asi\u00e1tico e na regi\u00e3o do Pac\u00edfico.<\/p>\n

Como uma regi\u00e3o com uma das popula\u00e7\u00f5es urbanas de crescimento mais r\u00e1pido, a \u00c1sia precisa cultivar alimentos de forma mais sustent\u00e1vel e inteligente para alimentar seu povo. Para Cingapura, a seguran\u00e7a alimentar \u00e9 uma quest\u00e3o urgente, pois a maioria de seus alimentos \u00e9 importada e as interrup\u00e7\u00f5es no fornecimento devido \u00e0 pandemia aumentaram a urg\u00eancia de construir um futuro alimentar mais resiliente.<\/p>\n
