Comparado a isso, o que a maioria das pessoas chama de &#039;trabalho&#039; n\u00e3o parece t\u00e3o dif\u00edcil.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Quando ele fez 16 anos, o pai de Kippley, Lloyd, levou seu filho a uma reuni\u00e3o de produtores da Monsanto onde todos falavam alem\u00e3o. \u201cHavia um homem l\u00e1, falando para a multid\u00e3o\u201d, ele lembra. \u201cAgora, meu pai normalmente n\u00e3o ouvia t\u00e3o atentamente, mas ele estava realmente ouvindo esse palestrante. Ent\u00e3o, vendo como esse palestrante poderia influenciar uma multid\u00e3o como aquela, perguntei: &#039;O que esse cara faz para viver?&#039; e eu queria fazer o mesmo.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Kippley acabou indo para a Universidade de Wisconsin, trabalhando em um est\u00e1gio com a ICI America ao longo do caminho. Ap\u00f3s se formar em 1986 com um diploma de bacharel em Economia Agr\u00edcola e mais tarde um MBA pela Loyola University of Chicago, ele se juntou \u00e0 Monsanto como telemarketing e mais tarde como representante de vendas. Aqui, ele ajudou a aumentar a esfera de influ\u00eancia do produtor de prote\u00e7\u00e3o de cultivos com clientes existentes enquanto recrutava novos ao longo do caminho.<\/p>\n<p>Em 1990, Kippley teve a oportunidade de ingressar em outra empresa, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.oildri.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Empresa: Oil-Dri Corp.<\/a>, um fabricante de gr\u00e2nulos inertes usados para fornecer inseticidas aplicados no solo contra vermes da raiz do milho. \u201cEu tinha um amigo na \u00e9poca que disse: &#039;Terry, se voc\u00ea aceitar esse trabalho, voc\u00ea expandir\u00e1 sua esfera de influ\u00eancia porque estar\u00e1 trabalhando com os grupos de pesquisa e desenvolvimento de muitos dos fabricantes b\u00e1sicos&#039;\u201d, diz Kippley. \u201cNaturalmente, eu agarrei essa chance!\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Quatorze anos depois, em 2004, Kippley juntou-se <a href=\"https:\/\/aceto.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Aceto Produtos Qu\u00edmicos Agr\u00edcolas<\/a>, eventualmente se tornando seu Presidente.
