O futuro do fornecimento da China ser\u00e1 na dire\u00e7\u00e3o de apenas fornecimento de portf\u00f3lio a granel, como glifosato e glufosinato? Esta ainda \u00e9 uma quest\u00e3o que precisa ser ponderada.<\/p>\n<p>De acordo com as estat\u00edsticas alfandeg\u00e1rias da China, de janeiro a mar\u00e7o de 2022, a China exportou 532.500 toneladas de produtos sob 3808, queda de 8.79% YOY, com um valor de exporta\u00e7\u00e3o de $2.834 bilh\u00f5es, aumento de 63.86% YOY. O pre\u00e7o unit\u00e1rio m\u00e9dio aumentou 79.73% YOY.<\/p>\n<p>Em termos de commodities espec\u00edficas, os herbicidas foram os mais exportados, com 372.700 toneladas saindo do pa\u00eds, queda de 0,12% YoY. O valor dessas exporta\u00e7\u00f5es totalizou $2,068 bilh\u00f5es, um aumento de 107.74%. Entre os principais mercados de exporta\u00e7\u00e3o de herbicidas estavam Brasil, Austr\u00e1lia, Estados Unidos, Nig\u00e9ria e Ucr\u00e2nia. Os segundos produtos exportados foram inseticidas. O volume de exporta\u00e7\u00e3o de 80.900 toneladas caiu 3,7%, enquanto o valor totalizou $418 milh\u00f5es, um aumento de 16.21%. Os principais mercados de exporta\u00e7\u00e3o desses produtos inclu\u00edram Brasil, Tail\u00e2ndia, Indon\u00e9sia, Vietn\u00e3, Bangladesh e Peru. Para fungicidas, a quantidade de exporta\u00e7\u00e3o de 29.700 toneladas caiu 6.32%, mas o valor dessas exporta\u00e7\u00f5es subiu 21.34% para $221 milh\u00f5es. Os principais mercados de exporta\u00e7\u00e3o para fungicidas incluem Austr\u00e1lia, Ucr\u00e2nia, Indon\u00e9sia, Brasil, Vietn\u00e3 e Qu\u00eania.<\/p>\n<p>O custo dos produtos vendidos (CPV) dos principais agroqu\u00edmicos da China parece forte para as a\u00e7\u00f5es no in\u00edcio de 2022. O risco para o capital corporativo \u00e9 ent\u00e3o elevado. Em junho e julho de 2022, o Federal Reserve trabalhou para controlar a infla\u00e7\u00e3o aumentando as taxas de juros duas vezes em 50 pontos-base (com a possibilidade de mais aumentos no momento deste artigo). Isso tornar\u00e1 as empresas de distribui\u00e7\u00e3o de agroqu\u00edmicos, especialmente em pa\u00edses de mercados emergentes, mais arriscadas para operar. O capital em si tem um custo, e o custo do capital se tornou mais caro junto com o CPV total. O CPV total pode aumentar ainda mais ap\u00f3s o aumento da taxa. Isso produz duas possibilidades: uma \u00e9 que as empresas precisam aumentar a flexibilidade da cadeia de suprimentos, economizar custos de estoque e, assim, reduzir a posse de capital. A outra possibilidade \u00e9 que as promo\u00e7\u00f5es podem se tornar mais intensas na temporada de vendas de 2023. Normalmente, tr\u00eas pesos principais v\u00eam \u00e0 mente: correspond\u00eancia de estrat\u00e9gia, flexibilidade de fornecimento e economia de custos. Dependendo do ciclo de vida do ber\u00e7o ao t\u00famulo, as estrat\u00e9gias de sourcing adotadas para os diferentes est\u00e1gios do lan\u00e7amento do produto s\u00e3o completamente diferentes. Durante o per\u00edodo de ado\u00e7\u00e3o inicial, a import\u00e2ncia da estrat\u00e9gia e o fornecimento pontual s\u00e3o as principais prioridades. Quando os portf\u00f3lios de marcas amadurecem, a equipe de sourcing come\u00e7a a adicionar fontes alternativas para alavancar o pre\u00e7o e o risco do fornecimento. Os gen\u00e9ricos de cauda longa est\u00e3o sempre enfrentando forte concorr\u00eancia de fornecedores chineses, ent\u00e3o o licenciamento ou o com\u00e9rcio de ativos para empresas de gen\u00e9ricos podem ser as melhores op\u00e7\u00f5es.<\/p>\n<p>Esses tr\u00eas fatores-chave s\u00e3o espec\u00edficos para diferentes linhas de produtos e podem envolver dezenas de ingredientes ativos (IAs), bem como dezenas de coformula\u00e7\u00f5es. Cada IA \u00e9 confrontada com pelo menos dois fabricantes da China ou da \u00cdndia. A necessidade de tomar todas as decis\u00f5es certas para cada permuta\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 quase uma &quot;miss\u00e3o imposs\u00edvel&quot;, especialmente para empresas n\u00e3o multinacionais. Mesmo com uma filial na China, nunca \u00e9 f\u00e1cil alcan\u00e7ar o sucesso sem uma equipe de talentos.<\/p>\n<p>UM <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mckinsey.com\/business-functions\/operations\/our-insights\/full-potential-procurement-lessons-amid-inflation-and-volatility\">Artigo da McKinsey &amp; Company<\/a> \u2015 \u201cCompra de Potencial Total: Li\u00e7\u00f5es em Meio \u00e0 Infla\u00e7\u00e3o e Volatilidade\u201d \u2015 declarou que a transforma\u00e7\u00e3o interna \u00e9 necess\u00e1ria para proteger a margem do talento na organiza\u00e7\u00e3o. A McKinsey listou os cinco pontos para os recursos de talento pensarem:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><em>Assuma um papel de lideran\u00e7a na prote\u00e7\u00e3o da margem e do crescimento da empresa;<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>Entre no centro da cria\u00e7\u00e3o de valor multifuncional para aplicar uma ampla gama de alavancas que colocam <\/em><em>\u201c<\/em><em>tudo em jogo\u201d com base no TCO (custo total de propriedade) e nas vis\u00f5es do ciclo de vida dos gastos;<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>Desenvolver profunda experi\u00eancia na din\u00e2mica do mercado de fornecimento e na economia de fornecedores para se tornarem parceiros de pensamento e motores de inova\u00e7\u00e3o que otimizam suas opera\u00e7\u00f5es por meio de insights;<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>Investir em tecnologia comprovada e automa\u00e7\u00e3o de processos para liberar talentos de alto valor para as atividades mais estrat\u00e9gicas; e<\/em><\/li>\n<li><em>Se necess\u00e1rio, adquira talentos que entendam os fornecedores<\/em><em>&#039; <\/em><em>mercados e ind\u00fastrias e s\u00e3o fortes gerentes de categoria, negociadores e construtores de relacionamentos.<\/em><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Cria\u00e7\u00e3o de valor multifuncional e libera\u00e7\u00e3o de talentos de alto valor para as atividades mais estrat\u00e9gicas s\u00e3o duas das minhas favoritas. Indiv\u00edduos talentosos assumem a lideran\u00e7a quando sentem que seriam necess\u00e1rios. No entanto, a estrutura organizacional e a melhoria do processo podem ser a restri\u00e7\u00e3o da transforma\u00e7\u00e3o da estrat\u00e9gia.<\/p>\n<p>O mercado real \u00e9 din\u00e2mico. O estruturalismo \u00e9 definitivamente insuficiente para a adaptabilidade da estrat\u00e9gia. Quando h\u00e1 uma flutua\u00e7\u00e3o do pre\u00e7o do glufosinato, \u00e9 por causa da escassez de oferta? Interrup\u00e7\u00e3o da cadeia de suprimentos? Demanda forte repentina? Ou apenas uma maneira t\u00e1tica de atrair compras de p\u00e2nico? \u00c0s vezes, a conclus\u00e3o pode vir da an\u00e1lise do naturalismo por verifica\u00e7\u00f5es de um \u00e2ngulo diferente da ind\u00fastria. Essa capacidade da an\u00e1lise do naturalismo pode ser reconhecida como &quot;catalisador&quot;, o que pode melhorar a efici\u00eancia da cria\u00e7\u00e3o de valor e evitar miragens no sistema interno.<\/p>\n<p>O futuro entre a China e o mundo precisar\u00e1 de in\u00fameros construtores bem-sucedidos que precisam ter essa capacidade como um catalisador. No entanto, desde a reforma e abertura da China em 1978, a lacuna cultural entre o mundo e a China excedeu a lacuna econ\u00f4mica entre eles, e esse fen\u00f4meno n\u00e3o mostra sinais de melhora, especialmente com o impacto global da pandemia da COVID-19. O que quero destacar aqui \u00e9 que estou me referindo \u00e0 cultura tradicional chinesa, a sabedoria que foi impressa nos genes do povo chin\u00eas comum e transmitida em livros chineses antigos por milhares de anos.<\/p>\n<p>In\u00fameras decis\u00f5es individuais foram usadas para educar os l\u00edderes sobre como governar a burocracia com excel\u00eancia ao longo da hist\u00f3ria da China. A chave para o sucesso de qualquer organiza\u00e7\u00e3o deve ser mais do que apenas o sistema. Pessoas, como uma vari\u00e1vel central, tamb\u00e9m s\u00e3o algo que deve ser pensado profundamente. A capacidade de prever decis\u00f5es comportamentais humanas \u00e9 provavelmente o mais alto n\u00edvel de adaptabilidade estrat\u00e9gica. Na teoria dos jogos, comportamentos que s\u00e3o competitivos ou advers\u00e1rios por natureza s\u00e3o chamados de comportamentos de jogo. Nesse tipo de comportamento, as partes envolvidas na luta ou competi\u00e7\u00e3o t\u00eam cada uma objetivos ou interesses diferentes. Para atingir seus objetivos e interesses, cada parte deve considerar os v\u00e1rios cursos de a\u00e7\u00e3o poss\u00edveis do oponente e tentar escolher a op\u00e7\u00e3o mais favor\u00e1vel ou razo\u00e1vel para si. A teoria dos jogos na ind\u00fastria agroqu\u00edmica \u00e9 uma forma interessante de aplica\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p>Acredito que tanto os fabricantes chineses quanto os compradores globais precisam da mentalidade de crescimento proposta pela Professora Carol Dweck da Universidade de Harvard. O relacionamento futuro entre a China e o mundo n\u00e3o \u00e9 apenas comprar carga pelo menor pre\u00e7o e lucrar. O futuro seria uma arte de &quot;investimento&quot;. Ver a sustentabilidade dos lucros de uma empresa de um ponto de vista de longo prazo e a perspectiva de investimento de valor pode olhar al\u00e9m da estrutura organizacional para liderar o papel na
