Ah, os bons e velhos tempos!<\/p>\n

A pandemia. Interrup\u00e7\u00f5es na cadeia de suprimentos. Interrup\u00e7\u00e3o geopol\u00edtica. Guerra na Europa. Escassez de mat\u00e9rias-primas. Ativismo do consumidor. A lista continua.<\/p>\n

E, claro, tudo isso est\u00e1 no topo das tend\u00eancias na agricultura global que antecedem 2020: Consolida\u00e7\u00e3o em todos os n\u00edveis. Problemas de resist\u00eancia a pragas. Aumento da regulamenta\u00e7\u00e3o. A marcha cont\u00ednua para a agricultura de precis\u00e3o, que por sua vez est\u00e1 impulsionando uma conscientiza\u00e7\u00e3o sobre a import\u00e2ncia da sa\u00fade do solo e, com ela, uma demanda por solu\u00e7\u00f5es verdes.<\/p>\n

Claro, cada gera\u00e7\u00e3o sente como se estivesse vivendo em tempos \u00fanicos. A agricultura \u2013 incluindo a ind\u00fastria de prote\u00e7\u00e3o de cultivos \u2013 sobreviveu antes e sobreviver\u00e1 novamente. A pergunta de ouro \u00e9 como.<\/p>\n

Qualquer pessoa que queira sobreviver \u2014 e at\u00e9 mesmo prosperar \u2014 durante esse per\u00edodo de volatilidade e mudan\u00e7a na prote\u00e7\u00e3o de cultivos faria bem em ficar de olho nessas tend\u00eancias.<\/p>\n

Evolu\u00e7\u00e3o gen\u00e9rica. <\/strong>A tend\u00eancia para produtos gen\u00e9ricos de prote\u00e7\u00e3o de cultivos, \u00e9 claro, est\u00e1 em andamento h\u00e1 d\u00e9cadas. De aproximadamente 40% do mercado de prote\u00e7\u00e3o de cultivos na virada do s\u00e9culo, produtos fora de patente agora est\u00e3o em um imponente 70%+, de acordo com a AgbioInvestor (veja a Figura 1).<\/p>\n
