A doa\u00e7\u00e3o apoiar\u00e1 a implementa\u00e7\u00e3o de um projeto agr\u00edcola de tr\u00eas anos que busca promover a aplica\u00e7\u00e3o de m\u00e9todos de controle de ervas daninhas n\u00e3o baseados em lavoura em rob\u00f4s de campo leves em um clima frio e \u00famido da Europa Central.<\/p>\n<p>O projeto se concentrar\u00e1 em m\u00e9todos de controle de ervas daninhas sem contato em combina\u00e7\u00e3o com pequenos rob\u00f4s para ajudar a aumentar a sustentabilidade da produ\u00e7\u00e3o agr\u00edcola, evitar a compacta\u00e7\u00e3o do solo e minimizar o surgimento de ervas daninhas. O trabalho do projeto ser\u00e1 conclu\u00eddo dentro da estrutura do engajamento de estudantes universit\u00e1rios para concluir teses de mestrado e bacharelado sobre o foco do projeto e outras quest\u00f5es de sustentabilidade relacionadas. As descobertas de conhecimento emergentes e inova\u00e7\u00f5es do projeto ser\u00e3o transferidas para fazendeiros e principais partes interessadas para aprimorar a produ\u00e7\u00e3o agr\u00edcola sustent\u00e1vel e a efici\u00eancia da opera\u00e7\u00e3o na fazenda.<\/p>\n<p>Apoiar os agricultores para aumentar a produtividade agr\u00edcola se torna mais importante, pois as mudan\u00e7as nas condi\u00e7\u00f5es clim\u00e1ticas intensificaram os problemas causados pelas ervas daninhas e continuam a afetar a produ\u00e7\u00e3o global de alimentos. Al\u00e9m disso, solu\u00e7\u00f5es agr\u00edcolas como rob\u00f4s de campo semiaut\u00f4nomos pequenos e leves podem contribuir potencialmente para um aumento significativo na efici\u00eancia da produ\u00e7\u00e3o agr\u00edcola, ao mesmo tempo em que reduzem o impacto da press\u00e3o do solo.<\/p>\n<p>Juntamente com a Universidade de Ci\u00eancias Aplicadas de Berna (Escola de Ci\u00eancias Agr\u00e1rias, Florestais e Alimentares) e com o apoio t\u00e9cnico da <a href=\"https:\/\/www.swissfuturefarm.ch\/index.php\/en_home\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">AGCO Swiss Future Farm<\/a>, o projeto promover\u00e1 o uso de culturas ar\u00e1veis plantadas com precis\u00e3o em fileiras como um substituto, disponibilizando mais \u00e1reas.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cA efici\u00eancia da produ\u00e7\u00e3o de alimentos continua sendo um dos desafios mais exigentes do mundo para a agricultura no contexto de eventos e mudan\u00e7as clim\u00e1ticas.
