Os dados cient\u00edficos coletados dessa pesquisa estabeleceram que o manejo org\u00e2nico corresponde ou supera a agricultura convencional de maneiras que beneficiam os agricultores e estabelecem uma base s\u00f3lida para projetar e refinar sistemas agr\u00edcolas que podem melhorar a sa\u00fade das pessoas e do planeta. <\/span><\/p>\n<p>De forma cr\u00edtica, a nova pesquisa da FST lan\u00e7ou luz sobre como a agricultura org\u00e2nica regenerativa \u00e9 um modelo de cultivo eficaz e resiliente em uma era de clima extremo. Esta \u00e9 uma descoberta significativa, pois os agricultores ao redor do mundo enfrentam os efeitos devastadores das perdas de safras decorrentes de secas e inunda\u00e7\u00f5es.<\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"none\">\u201cA agricultura org\u00e2nica regenerativa constr\u00f3i solo saud\u00e1vel por meio do aumento do carbono org\u00e2nico do solo\u201d, disse o cientista chefe do Rodale Institute, Dr. Reza Afshar. \u201cIsso permite que o solo absorva mais chuva durante per\u00edodos de inunda\u00e7\u00e3o e retenha umidade por per\u00edodos mais longos durante as secas.\u201d <\/span><\/p>\n<p>As principais conclus\u00f5es do relat\u00f3rio de 40 anos s\u00e3o:<span data-ccp-props=\"{&quot;201341983&quot;:0,&quot;335559739&quot;:160,&quot;335559740&quot;:259}\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span data-contrast=\"none\"><strong>RENDIMENTOS:<\/strong> Os sistemas org\u00e2nicos produzem rendimentos de culturas comerciais iguais aos sistemas convencionais. No entanto, em condi\u00e7\u00f5es clim\u00e1ticas extremas, como a seca, os lotes org\u00e2nicos sustentaram seus rendimentos enquanto os lotes convencionais declinaram. No geral, os rendimentos de milho org\u00e2nico foram 31 por cento maiores do que a produ\u00e7\u00e3o convencional em anos de seca.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span data-contrast=\"none\"><strong>CAPTURA DE CARBONO:<\/strong> Solo saud\u00e1vel ret\u00e9m carbono e o mant\u00e9m fora da atmosfera.
