Shane Porzio, atualmente presidente, suceder\u00e1 Jim como presidente e CEO e como diretor do Conselho de Administra\u00e7\u00e3o em 1\u00ba de abril de 2023.<\/p>\n<p>Shane Porzio traz ampla experi\u00eancia executiva para a Profile Products. Ao lado de Jim Tanner como CEO, Porzio atua como presidente da Profile Products desde 2021. Antes dessa nomea\u00e7\u00e3o, ele foi vice-presidente s\u00eanior e chefe global das divis\u00f5es de alimentos e materiais de desempenho da Vantage Specialty Chemicals. Ele tamb\u00e9m passou 22 anos na BASF em cargos de crescente responsabilidade, com os \u00faltimos 11 anos de sua carreira em v\u00e1rias fun\u00e7\u00f5es executivas seniores respons\u00e1veis por liderar o crescimento em mercados emergentes e em todo o mundo.
